The staff is friendly and provide excellent customer service. This morning I went in with severe lower back pain. The gentleman who helped me knew what was best for me and explained the uses/benefits of the products purchased. The pain is gone and I feel much better. Thank you.

Upon visiting JOVA i was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I love pleasant personalities and good vibes, JOVA definitely had this. I went in for a specific item and it was sold out. However, it was no problem and rectified. I can not wait to return! Also, JOVA has the best store hours in the Clinton/Southern PG County area. Thanks Kwasi

This review has been a long time coming but I'm glad that I waited. Had I reviewed Jova Wellness because of all the incentives to provide feedback I may have left a glowing comment; instead, today here I sadly have to say that my favorite go to spot has declined significantly in customer service and attentiveness. On several occasions I have called in my order and what I received was not what I asked for, or they'd run out of the strains I wanted, completely forget that you’re waiting curbside. The variety is slim, and prices are absorbent, the store is limited, whatever the case may be it was not favorable. I casually and repeatedly discussed these noteworthy concerns with the manager being that it affected business. Typically the response was that they’re going through growing pains, but that conversation was over a month ago. Needless to say that I decided to write this because obviously my concerns weren’t truly heard there, or for whatever it’s worth it’s just my shared experience.

Middle tier dispensary here. I’m not sure if bigger dispensaries in the area get the best pick of the available strains first but.. Just bought a eighth of Verano Sonny G and legit picked out 25 seeds from a 3.5. I couldn’t believe one of there best strains available would render such a wild amount of seeds.

I really love JOVA. The staff is awesome and the products are superb at a fair price.

This is a great location great prices great staff. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for new dispensary or another option.

JWC budtenders has always been pleasant. I always have my questions answered about anything that I may inquire about. I'm new to cannabis still weaving my way through the strains ,effects . and purpose of each strain to assist in my medical challenges. I will remain a customer and spread the word about JWC. Thanks to Tiana,Charlie(Charles) and Cee-Cee for helping me when I had questions they all went above and beyond to satisfy my need. Thank you all for great customer service.

They never have enough supply Never

I come here almost every week because it’s close to my house but I may want to go the extra mile to travel in the future. Most of the time they have a great selection. I simply recommend clarity on their deals (Fat 8th Friday’s). The mass text that’s sent out gives a false allusion as if they have more deals than they actually do and the deals they do have were untrimmed which isn’t my personal favorite. But, to each it’s own. Definitely appreciate them staying open during this crazy time. Just give the customers transparency!

Everybody scream JOVA! Hello buds!! I receive nothing but excellency from you guys. Like ALL the TIME. You can literally have free smells before entering! It’s the most wonderful dispensary in MD! From events, to notifications the night before, having the potent strains with amazing deals everyday! Like whoa!, if you’re new and or ongoing patient, it’s worth the experience. The bud tenders show grace and professionalism. Thank you for your service JOVA!
