I walk in the waiting room is packed. Nothing but rap music blairing on the speakers. The front desk attendant had no clue on any weight times had no clue about anything related to the website absolute worst? Dispensary ever I will not be back

They failed to self level floors. Needs more mats for traction control on the feet. all of the branded sealed products are nice same as everywhere else which is cool. The bulk flower was sub par tasted like it was grown in a closet. And the phrase Deli Style is totally used out of context. I would've went with Jars Bar if I was the directing manager of that operation, glad I'm not. But as far as service the service was great!

It’s a nice little dispensary. Love that it’s in PH.
The free gifts and the rewards program is pretty dope.
I really wish they had better parking and it was a lot more well lit outside the building itself especially with the entrance being in back of the building behind a bunch of bars and stuff. The first time I went it was a Friday night and I had to park like blocks away and it was like walking in a dark ally with drunk people out behind the bars and stuff which was kind of scary for a girl by myself. Especially walking back because I’m holding a bag that obviously has weed in it.
But other than that the people were all super nice and the service was good.

Staff was incredibly helpful, pick up was very quick! The store has plenty of signage to show you where to go if you’re shopping or picking up.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I've been at this location during peak hours, and still didn't wait too long. I recently purchased the sap cannabis syrup and will be back for more. The watermelon has great flavor! Thanks again, Jars.

I was not impressed for many reasons. I will never go back to this dispensary.
1. I was never asked to show my ID.
2. They gave me someone else's order upon pickup.
3. The flower was the worst quality I have ever got from a dispensary. Full of stems, the product was never trimmed. No taste or smell. Burnt to a crisp would be my best description.

This was my second visit to this location and it was as great as my first. I had a bit of a wait, about 15 mins I’d say, but the first time I was able to get right in. The difference was the day of the week and time of the day. I LOVED that I had one on one time with one person and WAS NOT rushed. He gave me multiple recommendations and I shared mine with him as well. That’s what they are there for! Thank you for all you do!! I will be returning and referring.

I was in the store on Wednesday and it's the best experience I've had considering I've been to quite a few different places. During my visit, I was interviewed by the times herald both my wife and myself and the experience was amazing from the time I got inside the waiting to going through the different products that they have is great.
I would highly recommend stopping in for yourself, you won't regret it. I have already spread the word that they are open for business.

I have been shopping at Jars for a few months now. Previously I had been driving from Applegate to Memphis to buy flower and edibles. When I realized Port Huron finally opened a dispensary (a month after they actually opened) I was so happy. Little shorter drive and much more potential errands I could complete while in town. Previous visits I have noticed the AC in the lobby is quite cold, so bring a jacket if you visit during busier hours. Walking around picking out my goodies, I never feel chilled, just when waiting for more than a minute in the lobby.
Today’s visit started out amazing when the music wasn’t quite so bumping, my partner and I have some auditory processing difficulties so loud music makes communication a little hard. Our bud tender’s birthday was today, another employee kindly let us know, unfortunately I already forget his name. He had a bit of a beard and was so so so helpful. I was looking for low sugar edibles, I explained it wasn’t a diabetic issue so much as a sugar addiction issue. He was extremely empathetic to my wants and let me know exactly what the sugar content for each edible was. I have never felt rushed while shopping at Jars, but knowing it wasn’t frustrating for him to take the extra time to help was so refreshing. Obviously most customers aren’t as concerned with caloric content or exact sugar grams, but he had general ideas of which edibles were lower sugar or even sugar free and was more than willing to go above and beyond to make sure I found something. He also pointed out which flower he was currently smoking at home, which we stocked up on as well.
With new dispensaries opening around PoHo, it’s nice to have a staple I can count on. Always so much product available, from accessories to rosin, and I’ve even seen live plants there. The rewards system is a great bonus that I tend to forget to use, but when my points stack up a budtender will usually remind me to take advantage. If you are a veteran, you get a discount everyday! I don’t think it stacks with specials, but those are usually closer to 30% off anyway. All in all, I’ve never left unhappy. Hard to be mad when you’re buying legal weed! :)

Budtender was awesome. Spencer is his name. His recommendations were awesome and he is very knowledgeable about Jars’ products. He was also very polite and respectful. Will be coming back!!

Basically no thought given to the medical patients who may struggle to move around; watch out! The floor dips drastically in a couple places, and there are no markers for this. They've put black rugs over the spots so it ironically makes the dips harder to see.
Ppl with sensory issues, stay away on the weekend. It's not every time, but 2/4 times I've visited the music has been very loud.
No metal detector, but you may have to leave belongings by the check-in desk.
Receptionist didn't know how Jars+ worked, I'm still not sure either, tbh. It's not an app; I think you're supposed to just make an account on their website.
Haven't tried to price match but have heard mixed reviews on that.
All in all the budtending staff has been great to me, but the combination of the confusing security situation (3-4 guards, but no metal detector, hearts in the right place but looking for the wrong things), difficult environmental factors (loud music, crowded waiting room, not disability-friendly building), and overall experience, i will likely not return when the other store opens in port Huron. Just doesn't feel like they're in it for the medical community at all. Give it some time and this may be a good spot to shop.
