JARS Cannabis - 24th Street (Med/Rec)

I have been coming here for quite some time and never have i ever had the worst experience in my life with the security guard. Needless to say I don't even know his name . I got their and had made a pre order online. Yet no confirmation. Do I went to the medical line wich their was Noone. Online order one ahead of me and in the recreational line their where like 4-5 ppl ahead of me. The security guards 2 one tall dark guy and the rude one chubby white guy ( sorry don't mean to be racist or sound just did not get names) called the one in the pre-order line and one from recreational. I was still waiting because I knew more where waiting...Them they proceeded to call another one that just had arrived in the pre order line when i was their before that gentleman I did not say anything then they called another one from the recreational line. Finally like 10-15min their finally let me in . The security stopped me and asked me if I had a pre order and I said yes but I will cancel and buy from the back ..o proceeded to check in then went to the ATM to take money out and the security guard rudely asked me to go back outside in line all the way in back and wait again. I was like why if I waited long enough and I had been checked in . We are medical patients some suffer from severe PTSD, anxiety , depression, stress mental health and for the staff security guard to make someone feel so bad like that it is not right. He also wanted to lie in my face to the dispensary worker thst I had jumped in front of everyone. I was like that is not true look at your cameras and you will see what has really gone on. I was trying so hard not to have a mental breakdown tears just came out ND I started shaking so bad because of the bad experience. I mean we as medical patients have gone through so many bad traumas all we want is to be helped and get our medecine. I went to the back and the budtender she made the experience better even gave me a free pre roll. I really don't want to stop going their I love your product. Yet I don't want to bump into that same security guard and treating me the same . Other than that you guys rock . Hopefully I get the courage to go back again. Much love and respect . Hope you guys fix the problem. Why can't we all get along 🌿👊🙏🙏

I was asked to help them out and vote for a contest. I was specifically told to screenshot all the way until the 12 and then bring them back. “Do I need to be in by the 12th” I was told, no. The manager didn’t come out to speak to me and told me to pound sand. Nice to know they don’t care enough to explain that to your face once the voting is closed. Punk run dispensary. Avoid.

Placed an order online for items that were specified to be 7@0.5 pre rolls from Item 9. Instead was given these 1g infused Item 9 pre rolls. Now I’m not one to haggle folks, so I just went with the 1g pre rolls since that ended being what they had. Bud tender said they were better than jeeters. That was a lie. Disappointed with my purchase and could’ve used $50 on something other than over priced $10 pre rolls. Smh

I placed two pick up orders from the Jars Phoenix location. After I was lectured twice by the manager about how I can’t do that because of my allotment, I was then given an opened bag with my product in it from the manager. If I were to get pulled over by the police, I would be the one going to jail. Aren’t they supposed to seal the bag securely to ensure this scenario won’t happen?

This is the only dispensary I shop at. They are the best in town. They offer great deals and the staff is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

their Mohave Sour strain is off the hook so sticky you can literally stick a nug to the wall and it will just stay there not to men the smell and taste but the feeling tops them all very very nice high focused and alert yet relaxed and a little horny haha yep its a keeper

Incredible people here, from the security guard to the budtender. They still care for and prioritize med patients, unlike some places in the Valley. Their selection is outrageous. I love Tru Infusion flower and felt like a kid in a candy store because they had more Tru Infusion strains than any dispensary I've been to.

Meh the way the associate talked to me last time I was here was a little to aggressive.

First off I will say I love jars. I wanted to let jars know you can’t call deli style herb ( Premium) if it’s trash herb . Used my reward points to get a free premium 8th . When I got home and looked the 8th it was for sure trash. The herb was dry as hell and almost turned into dust when I pressed on the nugg. Needless to say I wasted my points ain’t nobody smoking that Arizona dust like why did y’all even have that out for customers ? Shame on whoever made that available smh
