JARS Cannabis - New River (Rec)

Very friendly staff, had a lot of deals going on at once. Didn’t have a huge selection but had some good flavors.

I really loved JARS, I still do don't get me wrong, but they took away what made them JARS, the deals. The flower is always good, but without the deals they feel like any other dispensary that's just there. Especially when you have to drive from East Phoenix! The last deal was AWESOME, the Dr. Zodiac's preroll's, now NOTHING. I guess we'll just wait and see what happens. But I miss JARS!

This place has been my favorite place to go get my meds. The flowers are always potent and strong. They treat me with the most great reapest. The ppl are sp friendly and Personable. I love going here. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Love you guys.

Didn't like anything, it was such an awful experience I don't even want to call them for them to make things right because honestly I dont ever want to back! only friendly person was the receptionist, asked for one product was sold something completely different!!

Perfectly located near my house, this location is 5 stars . Chill and honest staff. The thca sour tangie gave me the pain relief and mood lift I needed, another great recommendation by Corey!!!

the flower is always not good quality unless you get the very top shelf, they also took away stacking deals now? This new policy is not listed anywhere and if it had been I wouldn’t have made the hour trip to go there. There is no loyalty for their medical patients, I won’t be coming back

I came in for my first time and walked out with a delicious 1/4 of flower for less than $30! The service that I received from Christine was on point! They also carry DRIP concentrates ;) I will return

The lady that was at the window seems like the only one that knew anything. Your process for transactions is to maximize profit not trusting customers or employees. Rethink your retail transaction from the customer's point of view.

Good location, helpful and friendly staff. (important for us newbies) Good mix of quality products. It's THE place to go when you are North.

Jars!! I have been a patient of yours for several years. I typically drive from up North to the Phoenix location for my flower and RSO about every other week. Recently I’ve tried the New River location and WHOA! Who could have thought Jars could get any better?! I still see the faces I’m familiar with! There is almost NO wait time! The products are the same, but closer for me! It’s been a great experience. I’m beyond pleased with the change of scene and growth with my “family“ at Jars! I also would like to say THANK YOU TO LIV for being my go-to girl at Metro and now here! I can call the store directly and speak to you, make requests, etc you name it and you make it happen and always know what I want. THANK YOU JARS EMPLOYEES in general for helping us patients during this hard time! This store and people get better and better every visit I can’t wait until we are able to go inside!

been going here for about a year now. some of the time the bud tenders know their shit, some of the time they don’t have a clue. everyone is friendly and nice. most of the time they have a good selection of everything except when they need to restock.

Love this location. Idk the guys name who helped me but he was awesome! The only issue I had was getting expired gummies. I called the shop to see if they’re still edible and the lady said yea just don’t wait too long, no longer than a week or two. They had already expired may 7. I thought maybe a credit or something that wasn’t expired should have been offered but she said the gummies are still good. Well then why do they have an expiration date? Either way I threw them out becuz they were free with points. (I wasted my points btw) ALWAYS CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATE!!!!

They sold me a faulty cart then said they couldn’t replace it due to “covid.” They we’re unapologetic and didn’t bother to help me by reaching out to the manufacturer. These guys are terrible, to say the least. Be wary about going to this place, they will rob you just like they robbed me.

I don’t go to Jars in New River because of their awesome selection and quality of products, or their awesome Daily deals, oh no. I go to Jars in New River because (no exaggeration) every single employee seems genuinely accepting and caring. I know when I go to Jars, who ever checks me in makes me feel welcome. Who ever assists me in the back, knows their stuff and helps me with what I need. If I wasn’t clear, the staff is amazing and not just worth the money but also worth the time I spend coming here.

The Dispensary is pretty clean and once your signed in you barely have a chance to sit down and your done ! Excellent service ... the ladies checking in ALWAYS greeting with a Smile

I've really tried to like this place since it was zen but cant get behind it. I went here years ago when I lived in the area gave it a few shots but everytime I went the flower was always trash. it was so wet I couldn't even grind it so I stopped going. I tried to give it another chance like 4 years later since it was bought out and to be honest there was a big improvement in the atmosphere I like the set up a lot, there was no wait time and my budtender was friendly. But when I got home guess what same issue I had 4 years ago is still a issue, today figure out your storage and boveda packs because its obviously not working. you guys should be embarrassed to call that top shelf. i got tru infusion flower which has always been fire from other places. I thought it would be packaged by tru infusion and in their jars since it was the highest tier they had but nope what I got was packaged by jars which sorry guys once again embarrassing. the flower was extremely wet bearly was able to grind it and the amount of full blown fan leaves and stems was ridiculous. I can understand a little bit of sugar leaf left over but what I got was unacceptable point blank no attempt to manicure at all, I wish I could post a picture of how bad it really was and on top of that I dont feel like I should have to cure flower I purchase at a dispensary . coming from someone who is in the industry you guys need to step it up and take care of your patients
