I won’t complain much on customer service my main problem is the point system I spent a lot of money there then started to realize the point system is a rip off you basically have to spend 100 plus dollars 5 times just to get 5 dollars off…then you repeat the cycle over if u use it it’s just not cool considering other dispensaries have better point systems and cheaper product

It was my first time in and I was provided with no direction and yelled at when I asked where the line was. too chaotic too loud. Guy had to tell me he worked there because I had no idea. It was just like a dive bar. They were rude. Definitely not for anyone hesitant or from out of state like myself.

After waiting for an hour and a half once I placed my order I was contacted and told her they would not be able to deliver. It was $160 order. Awful customer service and communication.

I have to start by letting the world know that jars Grand Rapids is the very best dispensary in Grand Rapids. My budtender today was Drew and I have to say that he really, really knows about ALL of the products they carry. Drew is so nice along with his knowledge makes him a shining star in all of our books. Keep up the hard work because it's very noticeable to us your clients, thanks to the whole team.

The operation that Lance has going on at Jars is absolutely amazing 😍 there's soooo many good bud tenders (Jon is arguably my favorite, his knowledge and experience in the industry is vast. And his personality is so warm and welcoming) And for the product... For a small boutique dispensary there's soooo many options and variety for both Med and Rec. Jars is always trying to cycle in new product every week which is awesome.. so each time you stop in there's usually something new and amazing to try 😤 Highly (pun intended) highly recommend stopping in and checking these guys out :) I could write a book with how and why this place is my favorite dispensary to go to.
