After being a regular medical patient here for over a year, I have noticed a few things that make this place pretty average. Although the word is they have "the hottest budtenders in town", they are often not knowledgeable at all, however, they do their best to be helpful. One day, I emailed about possibly carrying additional brands of PAX cartridges, the email listed on their main site rejected my email message initially. After that I, followed up on my next visit by getting the inventory manager's email address from one of the budtenders and following up directly... Although the email was not rejected, it was still ignored for 10+ days. After realizing email was not an option, I went ahead and printed out the email and brought it in to see if they might consider my request for additional variety in person. When asking to speak with the inventory supervisor, I was introduced to a young lady with who indicated she was the supervisor’s manager. I handed her the letter and explained my suggestion, after that she became defensive, almost combative, like she did not want to hear from me as a customer. At this point, she made it clear that they would get more strains, not from any of the newly approved Nevada manufacturers, and they will all be from Matrix which has a very limited selection. It seems to me that they are not interested in customer input or they may have some exclusivity deals going on with their vendors that prevents them from selling other brands. Bottom line, this place is just average, despite all of the glam, swag, celebrity appearances, and apathy for customer or medical patient input.

Went there a couple of days ago to pick up a pre-roll and Kaitlyn brought out it within a few minutes. Highly recommend everyone to go here

Jardin is one of the best dispensaries here in Vegas! Trust me, I’ve been everywhere!! Great customer service from the staff, plus everything we get is always SO fresh. Can’t recommend it enough!

Matt,calls me yesterday to ban me over my issue with terrible management.All he kept doing was repeating past issues that had nothing to do with currently.He then proceeded to tell me about my complaint of desert bloom pre rolls which was 2 months ago.How can you ban someone over a complaint 2 months ago? because Matt and jardin are racist.No I would not recommend any blacks or latinos shop here.

Love this place it's one of the only places with the friendliest and beautiful staff and great deals everyday. I recommend others come see what I'm talking about

I really love Jordan. I feel like this is the elite of all the dispensaries. The budtenders are always very knowledgeable. I definitely always learn something new when I shop there.

My First Visit to JARDIN was Amazing!! OUTKAST playing as I walked in, a beautiful interior that was pleasing to the eyes! The two Very Attractive woman that checked us in were Very Pleasant and Informative! Priscilla helped me today with what I was looking for as well as explaining their Daily Deals And their loyalty program! What an Amazing well educated Budtender!! Already told my brother to go Visit!!!Cant wait to go back Baked Sinatra

By far the best dispensary in Vegas. I usually get delivery as it has been a necessity for me with a one vehicle household. They always have great specials and the loyalty program is amazing. I recently moved here from Portland, where cannabis culture is huge and we have stores on every corner. The prices in Vegas really shocked me as they are triple what I was used to back home. Luckily the specials here have saved me from spending too much more. Still waiting on Vegas to get their shit together on quantity limits too but that’s not Jardin. This place has been a total lifesaver and I always get really amazing customer service on top of it. Thank you!

I've only come to Jardin for my weed needs -- such a great atmosphere, such nice and cute workers. I've been opting for deliveries lately and they have no trouble finding my complicated apartment. Ok so I called before landing and Alexis was super friendly and helpful! Ive been following this place since before they opened and was hella excited to finally see it irl! Selection is on bang, and they had CEREAL MILK! Trying to find that right now is like trying to find the freakin Loch Ness Monster! This is my go-to place when Im here visiting family. Dope atmosphere too pun intended
