When I first arrived I was greeted by a kind worker that was in waiting lobby then when I was being attended the kind worker let me know about the specials and tended to all my medical needs

Johan was extremely helpful and the service was fast and friendly as always.

I arrived, walked in for the first time and found a very unusual set-up. There was no separation from the lobby and dispensary floor, no security and no set procedure for a first-time patient. The menu was very limited, the flower over-priced and I wasn't allowed to examine it. That said, the quality was good, but I didn't receive the discount I was promised. Thwy are the only dispensary in Yuma, and the could use some competition.

Jamestown has become my favorite Dispensary. No more roadtrips to Phoenix, because of all the Great changes & New product's I can get locally. Everyone is very helpful and courteous.

They never update the menu on Leafly. They often give the wrong meds. Very mediocre quality of flowers. None of the employees are very knowledgeable about the different strains. It’s such a waste having this dispensary here, that it forces many of the medical users in town to turn to the black market, or go out of town for their meds. This dispensary needs to go away and let a business open up that is interested in serving it’s patients.

great customer service, friendly people, but I feel the reviews here are all for the free joints, I always feel ripped off with the prices on wax and im sure the other wax smokers can relate, the crescent cannabis sugar used to be 33$, went up to 45$?? the grapefruit sugar wax was 33$ went up to 38$? I feel like you guys get some alright quality stuff and sell it for 45+ and sell all the bunk 40 under, the venom shatter is horrible shatter by the way, I still have to buy from here since its the only dispensary in town, but they can do way better on wax and pricing the wax more reasonably

I am a nubby to the whole medical marijuana scene, and I thought it was going to be very intimidating. However, everyone at Jamestown was extremely welcoming and helpful while explaining to me the basics of strains and uses. I was able to find a good fit for my needs and I have to say the Veterans discount was an unexpected bonus. Thank you for all your help and I look forward to returning in the near future.

I snagged some citrus crack today at jamestown and it had a great smell and looked superb. Johan my bud tender knew all the products and made my purchase fast and smooth.

For a non-profit business they are acting like "pigs at the trough". Where does the money go? It's sure not on inventory, creation of a menu, analysis of product, amount of flower for sale, customer service, new products. Then charge outrageous, way above market prices. The result is driving patients to Wellton for great service, and market prices and superior selection. You are shooting yourself in the business "foot". lets hope for improvement.
