As a new patient I was a bit intimidated but was immediately put at ease by the staff. They were compassionate and understanding while answering my silly questions. Very knowledgeable and willing to educate the patients that come in. Thanks Guys!!

I switched for awhile because it is hard for me to get there and I was using delivery. have been back at Jamestown awhile now and really impressed. Buds have been beautiful. Had an OZ of Mama Mia and was show quality massive sized succulent buds. 👌 Love the Vape carts just wish more deals on them as they get pricey. A must have for people with very "High" tolerance to flower. Much respect and many returns. 🙏🤗😎

The customer service is absolutely top notch! Every staff member is very knowledgeable and allows me to take my time without ever feeling rushed. I also appreciate their recommendations whenever I can’t make my mind up. The daily deals and the prices seem to get better daily! The 1/8 of Patty Cake from Nectar farms was absolute 🔥🔥 very pleased! Thank You

I really liked the place, they have a good selection of flower; the only advice I have for the manager would be to keep the DA Discount available at all times.

I am a first time patient and having experienced JCY. All I can say is understand the process, be ready and most importantly be Patient.. It can definitely frustrating when in pain etc but This center does a wonderful job given the length of time being here. Haven't had any complaints..just do your research and don't be afraid to ask questions. Amazing work everyone at Jamestown. Look forward to many more visits and reviews!!

2 Things... 1. No military discount on the flower is shameful. The 2 years I have been a customer is the first time Jamestown has not given discounts and yet being in Yuma, this is a military town. 2. It seems like the flower is a little short from the time I originally started coming there. Outside that, the quality of the flower is good, the service is good, and the atmosphere is good.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is calm and soothing. Any questions I have are always answered with courtesy.

I love the online ordering, I can take my time and research the products before purchasing which is a big thing for me because I like to know the background information of products before trying them out. The Communications Manager, Steve is solid at his position, we spoke a few times and he personally handles discrepancies brought to his attention.

I absolutely Love every visit fast, and friendly service . Product is amazing I Love the mindryte edibles never have they let me down always amazing flavor i hate the taste of edibles bcuz i feel there is always an after taste, but I enjoy Jamestown Line!!! My favorite is the nutter butter mindryte there so amazing and taste just like the original. Best 11 dollars I've ever spent haha .
