James town center and staff are really friendly and kind. Damian is my favorite tender but of course all of them are amazing! But Damian always shows a positive attitude which reflects a great leader! And you ask about investory? Oh man! Top shelf carts, Tree, Edibles ect... 100% recommended for your medical needs.

I recently purchased some Venom brand shatter the strain was crystal cookies and I have to say that was one of the best strains I've had in a long time nice smooth flavor good lifts and the price at Jamestown Center is good especially since they take care of their veterans I recommend this place all day

Since this whole pandemic started, Jamestown has done an excellent job of providing a safe and enjoyable environment for its patients. Purchasing medicine has been super fast and easy through their online website and I know that my order will be correct each and every time. The staff is super sweet and efficient when it's time to pick up and you can be in and out within minutes.

Jamestown has the friendliest staff in Yuma. The products are great and consistent. Yes, they can be expensive for some items, however, there are deals and multiple ranges of potency all with different prices.

So, I walked into a scene in which 2 customers were being checked in and one, the older woman, refused to listen and was EXTREMELY RUDE to the lady at the window trying to help. But you know why I’m even mentioning this? Because the young lady was calm AND composed. The entire interaction she used an empathetic tone when responding in order to de-escalate the situation. Unfortunately, the older woman seemed to just be taking out her frustrations on the poor girl, speaking over her, and just generally refusing to listen. After the older woman continued raising her voice, rudely screaming if she “was speaking martian” to the young lady at the window, managers Gabriel & Ricardo, stepped in, with Gabriel taking the lead by asking probing questions and resolved the issue by repeating the same instructions (for the thousandth time). Now comes my review, I was having issues with a cart, so I reached out to Jamestown and explained what was happening — even advising that I was very aware of their policy with defective items and how I was past that timeframe. They acknowledged their policy but still wanted to help in some way. I was advised to come in when I have the time. So I did. And guess what? Not only has the issue been resolved, but I was also educated and not made to feel bad for not knowing some of the tips that were shared with me. I’m a person who does not like confrontation, but the way that Gabriel handled the situation made me feel heard and like I want to continue supporting a place that cares about its consumers. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location and really enjoy going!! If you have time, ask your tender for some recommendations. I have yet to have someone give me something I don’t like :) Shout out to Eyahna, Gabriel, Jose, and Joshua! Thank you for your time, attention, and recommendations! :)

Where do I start? Jamestown is just a fantastic place. Although they are the only dispensary in Yuma County, the quality is shown through its customer service and selection of products. I've been to dispensaries throughout the states of Nevada and California, and few of them add up to the quality and customer service Jamestown provides to the Yuma residents. I would recommend this place to anybody who's new to the Cannabis culture or likes a one-on-one pertinent personal atmosphere.
