The employees are incredibly rude and false advertise. They market a $20 eighth but when you arrive all the sudden it’s $35/$45 and there asking you for more money. Shady shady. Never again. The Budtender literally said if we don’t like it, we can leave and we did. We went down to Common Citizen and was treated amazing. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the point system is effective and easy to keep track of. Common Citizen didn’t make up excuses and try to take more of my money when I arrived. When they advertise a $28 eighth, they mean it. Look I understand that typos happen and mistakes are made but, to be rude and tell us to leave if we didn’t like it was uncalled for.

Waited 3 hrs for my confirmed delivery order for them to cancel. Never again

Just wanted to start by saying I have been supporting this dispensary for a long time . I recently had surgery and could not pick up my order so I had it delivered . This was my first and last time using this service. I was told it would be 2-4 hours. I patiently waited and when 4.5 hours went by I called and they said my delivery would not be here until 1030 . So I waited til 1030 and still nothing. Then at 11 pm while I’m getting ready for bed I see someone out front of my house In a vechicle. So I go sit on the porch and he yells asking if this is my name. Never got a phone call when he was on his way like the company said. When I asked him about it he stated he tried to call and people told him I was not home … I use a house phone only and had it by my side all day after I placed my order . Then he hands me a bag I ask if I have to sign for it . He says no your all set . I go inside open my order and see that it is not my order at all . I ordered an 8th and a mac oil cart . I got 2 prepackaged 8ths. I ran back out side to try and get his attention since I was left with no call back number and I see him light up while taking off. Illegal and unprofessional. So I tried to call the store and no answer. Called the next day about it was put on hold 3 times for over 20 mins each time just to be disconnected . I tried to do what was right. I feel bad for the lady who waited almost 8 hours to get my order . I did not receive the items I paid for . To my knowledge that is not how a business is supposed to work … you pay them for what you order and they give you someone else’s order !

Terrible delivery and communication.

Walked into the dispensary and hands down was one of the nice and cleanest ones I’ve been to. Staff was over welcoming as i walked in. Had some house flower sativa that was recommended to me dog Waze and it was better than it looked! Great experience would recommend to others!

The workers at the front are very rude.

I did an online delivery. The experience was great. The delivery driver Ryan was polite and funny. The transaction was smooth and professional. Loved it!

I’m very disappointed in both options I purchased . I purchased 28 grams of Gorrila glue and Wedding cake and I’ve had wedding cake before the taste is horrible it’s not the same wedding cake the GG has millions of leaves it’s looks like homegrown weed 1/10 horrible !!!!!

I bought some products online for $143. After 2 hours of waiting for delivery it comes to me for $186 and they expect me to pay that. A guy by the name of Jakob S calls the boss and the sad excuse for a boss tells him they want me to pay the higher price.... Pathetic service steer clear of this place as they are idiots

I ordered delivery. A couple hrs went by and I forgot I even ordered anything but I got the texts and calls and Ryan served me. He was friendly polite and kind. I have nothing negative to say! -centerline-

So I ordered curbside it took over 15 minutes to get my order. Unacceptable I love this dispo usually And then I had a bud tender that turned her back on me and didn’t even thank me for my purchase

I don’t like how they do business terrible service long wait time and don’t look for your location they say they pulled up and leave

I have been going to HOD for YEARS NOW!!!!! every person that has ever brought my order out to my car has been fabulous and ALWAYS gets tipped very well! ……………. today 2 girls the age of my daughter made me wait for 18 minutes before they came out, the card reader didn’t work she walked away and rolled her eyes the next one came out and gave me MORE attitude and then after 28 minutes of seating in parking spot, For told me that they don’t take Huntington debit card. now I’m late to pick up my child from school when they kindly could’ve said right from the rip we do not take that anymore. This is very negative. We don’t need it at the places that we shop at almost every day.

Quality products I say that to say this. I am high as hell 🤣. Wonderful staff great delivery nice guys named Ryan.

placed my order, chose debit at checkout and then no one informs me that the debit machine is down til after the guy is on his way 2 hours later.

My delivery driver Dustyn had my order here quickly and was very friendly.

Eh, lately they been shorting me on all the weed I buy, and they never have what I want in stock EVEN tho it be saying that they have it. Ion think imma shop anymore tbh

YOO…I just moved into my new place and I’m short on cash so I ordered an ounce of shake you know the struggle package..!! lol anyway this shit was 40$ for a ounce and strong then the weed I’ve been smoking my for 20$ a 3.5 good first experience arrived at the time they said this is lit professional weed delivery 🍃😂

Had A disease that was cured using Cannabis and my medicine came straight from HOD. Every visit they had so much compassion great staff. The flower and carts is top tier can't be beat.
