i called to place an order, and was put on hold twice within 3 minutes. also the woman Courtney... highly rude, interrupted me multiple times and almost sounded like she was trying to deter me from ordering. Never again, hire some more people. and hire people who want a job, not people who cant handle answering a phone without becoming overwhelmed. no one cares if shes hot, they want quality product and good customer service, not a lazy ditz.

Went in to buy fire sticks today, only to find out that the last time I bought them the Budtender lied & said the white widow was Sativa, while it’s NOT!! Then checking out the guy ringing Me up told Me I either get the daily discount or My UAW discount. I wanted to know why I cldnt get the UAW discount out the items that were not daily specials?? He said 1 or the other on the whole purchase. I argued more, someone above Him admitted Me was wrong & He said, “no, that’s how I had it?” However my total due went down $6. So if that’s how He had it, y did the total go down? I have $30 due to Me in store credit, I’m gonna use that & I’m NEVER going back!!!

It was all good until I bought a strain that was harvested on 07/15/2020. That’s a year old strain!! Not sure how to feel about this. Maybe it should be clearanced or they should be upfront with you and have harvest dates availability when you buy. I know that I will definitely ask next time. If it wasn’t for their specials and being recommended to them by my sister I wouldn’t go there. Just buyer beware. They have strains they are selling that are over a year old.

I cannot sing their praises enough! When myself and my husband first came into the shop we were a bit weary. Our experience at dispensaries previously were not the best. The people who work there are warm friendly and full of knowledge! I did not feel like a nuisance asking questions like I had at other dispensaries and the staff is really dedicated to helping you find the product that is right for you. I will defiantly become a patron of Holistic Health Wayne and be telling everyone I know to check them out! Just and overall wonderful experience ^_^

At one time (when this was Holistic) this was my favorite dispensary. Since the name change & moving downstairs they have slowly been losing all the – we care about our patients – attitude that made this place special. I've been coming here for years, so I brought my 2 sisters here. The budtender I got on this particular visit was extremely condescending. When I said I micro-dose, he proceeded to explain to me how to take what I was buying. If I know what micro-dosing is, I don't need you to explain it to me. The next visit, I called before I went. I wanted one thing. They said they had plenty in stock. So, I drove down there & they were out. They made up lots of excuses why they were out. They said I could buy what I wanted from the more expensive recreational side (then you're not really out are you?). They tried to up-sell me with something I didn't really want while not listening to what my need was. It was a very bad situation & I left with nothing. Yesterday, was very likely my last visit to Joyology. The website doesn't seem to be updated much. I've been asking for CBD honey sticks for well over a month. The website says they have them, every time I ask for them, at the store, they say they're out. The budtender (Aaron) was very matter of fact, retail in a rush to move me through. The entire place has gotten, let's just move people through as fast as possible, make the money, hurry, hurry. Also, this is an indoor retail establishment, where are their masks? The personality is really gone and so is the desire for personal safety.

I love this place! Yet for rec. Use they dont have a lot of selection where we are kinda like red headed step children in a way. I know the argument dont like it get your card and yes I am. Other than a few bed tenders not knowing if something is indica or stativa can make or break a sale as well as if someone has severe anxiety and you give them a stativa their day will not end well. I went by today and it seems as I'd they have a great staff going on lately. VERKY KNOWLEDGEABLE. Brady is one of my fav. Bud tenders!

Great place. My go to. Sadly I cane up short of a tip this time around but Josh was awesome. Never an issue and I've shopped here several times now. :)

Great experience every time and quality product at decent prices. Definitely my go to spot.

The staff is friendly enough and they have deals just like any other dispensary. But I always feel like I'm being rushed when I go there. there's definitely a get as many people in and out the door as possible kind of feeling. The place is glossy, and they have pretty packaging and all that, but I've yet to have a budtender tell me what they know about different strains. I went to buy vape carts, and the bartender just pointed at the rack, like a cashier at a liquor store. they're just there to catch people out. they don't seem to have a lot of expertise on the benefits of different strains. It's an okay place if you know what you want. Also, I bought a prepackaged bag of flower (Dutch treat) that was, quite frankly, garbage. Very dry and didn't get anyone high.

Nice big place, plenty of room for social distancing. Staff was friendly and the bud tender was super helpful. It is going to be my new dispo.

I have always had exceptional service here ever since it first opened as a Med. Supplier upstairs. Recently I had a final straw moment. The Manager (who's always wearing the backwards hat) has been nothing but rude since he has started working here. I have tried my best to get other bud tenders. This manager is inexperienced in the areas that others there are knowledgeable in and has always refused to get someone else to help. This manager has always made me feel rushed, and un-valued as a customer. Becsuse of this I have spent a lot on product that isn't right for me from this individuals poor suggestions and poor customer service. This has been going on too long, as much as I hate to say goodbye to all the wonderful people who have helped me recently and in the past I will be finding another retailer for these products. Thank you to everyone who has been so kind to me over the years! -Sincerely a formerly loyal customer.

they put products on their website as on sale and they never had the products to begin with kind of shity thing to do

Love this place! Have been a Resident of Wayne for 5 Years now. Recreational has made it to my city, and for it to provided by my favorite dispo! I love you guys!
