Bought shatter that taste like straight butane. Had a patient try them as well and agreed. Called to let someone know and was told there is NOTHING they could do. Any place I have had a problem, a refund or some kind gesture happens. Horrible product and even worse customer service.

Was a loyal customer to this place for awhile, get much shatter and flower from here. Last time I went I purchased two grams of shatter, and in one of the packages there were hairs (looked like eyelashes embedded in the product). I took the product back after I had realized and they told me there was nothing they could do. Lost a customer here for sure, make sure you check your product when you make a purchase here
