Hippos Weed Dispensary Chesterfield

My review is on this dispensary and the products I’ve purchased so far and those are Sundro Strawberry cheesecake and Sundro Frosted cookies mini pre rolls I just got the cheesecake today 1/28/2022 and by the smell and looks alone it looks fire the frosted cookies pre rolls were amazingly priced roughly $20 for 3 .9s rolls and the staff are very helpful have tons of info probably even more I enjoy there’s another extremely affordable cannabis company looking out for their interest I must say Sundros packaging with the integra boost 62rh built into the lids is awesome I’ll always have fresh product that’s a nice surprise to get I’ll definitely be going back here again and highly recommend anyone that happens across this review to just take a look I’m sure you’ll be impressed !!!! This was also the 2nd time ever being here so yea I’m definitely satisfied and excited to see what they have to offer later on

Every time I come in everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable along with being great with customer service. I would highly recommend anyone to this dispensary and location

Deserves 0 stars. This is the worst Dispensary in STL. The product is always subpar. If you order online, no matter what they tell you a different price in store. If you use your points online, they do not honor them and tell you to next time use them in store. I have had nothing but bad experiences. They always want to blame their online ordering like they think that removed their accountability. I just ordered a 1/2 oz of smalls because it was listed for $44.99 on their site. I got a confirmation email saying my order was ready for pickup and my total was $53.69 after taxes(supposed to get additional 10% off for online orders taken off in store on Mondays). I went to my bank to withdraw $70 in cash because I know they always switch the price when I arrive. Budtender told me my total is $100. I showed him the email. He went to the back to talk to someone and said best he could do was give me the half for $100 and toss in a .01 eighth. I said I only have $70. I went on to tell him that’s why I despise this dispensary. It is the only dispensary I have enough time to stop in on my lunch break. Now I wasted another lunch break. The manager never came out to speak to me or offer any resolution. I left without any product. Regardless of all the issues I have had with them I have spent $1,000s of dollars there. That ends today.

Hippos in Chesterfield is a VIBE! Great staff, selections, product knowledge, and a great taste in music! 10/10 experience, I can’t wait to be back.

So after about 10 or so trips into this dispensary, my overall experience with this place has been top-notch and it's quickly become one of my go-to places. I've tried a multitude of their products ranging from flower and edibles to concentrates and carts and all of the farms they are supplied by are high quality. Their flagship farm, Sundro, in particular has some of the most impressive pre-packaged flower I've seen from a dispensary to date and also one of the most affordable farms given the quality. The strain that is finally making me submit a review is a Sundro hybrid strain called Dead Hot Strawberry and oh boy, the stuff is powerful. A nice uplift that settles into a heavy body buzz. As I've said at the beginning, I've made a multitude of trips into here and have come to find this is undoubtedly my main dispensary. One last worthy bullet point is their staff. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable in making sure you walk out satisfied and with what you were looking to come into medicate for. Give them a try! Love you Hippos!
