I love the ordering service just don't like standing outside with people driving by looking

3rd trip to One Love dispensary in Ironwood Michigan. The quality is excellent, the quantity is spot on and the service is excellent. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!

Great experience. Friendly, helpful staff, Becca was very upbeat and enjoyed her job. Great place. I was not thinking it was be a great as the Crystal falls location, however I was wrong! Ironwood has a awesome location and people!

My only recommendation/preference is that Higher Love stock more potent flower. Especially Indica. Moving from Colorado to the "Northland" area I REALLY miss the quality from Colorado growers. I'm not throwing any shade at Michigan growers the flower up here is great. And I'm very grateful to be able to buy legally.

Incredibly long wait time on Sunday, even for pre-orders. Would be nice if the payment amount online matched what I was charged at pickup.

Curbside was so easy! And so quick! I ordered around 45 minutes in advance, since I was working 45 minutes away. Got back into town and went to curbside and had my products within 3 minutes of parking. That is amazing! My tender had a great attitude enthusiasm! Way to go Higher Love!

I think I am what you would call a “frequent flier” and every time I go the staff is always super friendly. I will say that as someone who lives somewhat locally I do pick and choose the day/time I go because through no fault of their own they are usually busy at the best of times and bat crap crazy the rest of the time. I pretty much always pre order and wait in the pick up line. Sometimes it’s 5 minutes. Sometimes there is 20 people in line in front of me and it’s an hour. Not their fault they are currently the only game in town. They do the best they can, don’t go there with a time limit and be chill and you’ll get your turn.

The wait is insane. 2 plus hours daily. 45 minutes waiting if you already have an order. The one male running is suuuuuper rude to costumers. (Not myself.) I would even go here but it's the closest to my location the nearest being 2 hours farther.

Waited in line forever like usual. Walked away and thought “this bag feels light” so I open it and was missing my ounce of weed. Like what? Spent $400 and earned 90 points. What is it, $10 off for 1000 points? Lol this place is going to be mad when Rize opens or better bet The Fire Station comes to town.

I'm done with the Higher Love in Ironwood MI. I ordered 2 vape carts on Saturday morning and it's noon SUNDAY and I still haven't been able to get them. I've gone to pick up my order 3 times in 2 days, to no avail. It is nearly impossible to get a parking spot, let alone a curbside delivery spot. I'm not standing in a 3 hour wait line, outside in the rain, for 2 vape carts. They refuse to deliver to a vehicle that's not in an UNCLEARLY marked curbside spot (in which the signs have been covered with black bags), even if it's just a space over! What's the harm in servicing the next car over when the parking lot is so small?? Or two cars over?There's "literally nothing we can do"...although they could LITERALLY make a choice to service anyone they want while bringing in more revenue for the company, keeping the parking lot flowing and making customers happy to ensure repeat business. So with Rize opening up soon and the great delivery service from The Fire Station...and even better curbside & customer service from other establishments in the U.P., I feel that Higher Love will be losing a lot of business and money. Their discriminatory employees may not care, but guaranteed their bosses will.

I ordered online and it was ready super fast, my only complaint is that I ordered the Churro chocolate bar and got something else. Same brand and cost, but wrong flavor. However, I love this place. Overall it is always a great experience. Zavi is the best budtender!!!

We ordered on line and it took 4 hours to fill. I understand they were very busy. A heads up on the wait time would have helped being we have never been here. We will drive further into Michigan . It’s better than Walgreens parking lot!

As a connoisseur and strict temp controlled vaporizer, I had no expectations on my first arrival. First time was so-so, the wait can be up to an hour to hour and a half at maximum. On Wax Wednesdays for instance, the out of state traffic is abysmal and often there is only 1 or 2 free open parking spaces. My main complaint is pricing and inadequate reading... I've been in one week bought a Rosin at $22 grams, and it turned out the next week it was accidentally mislabeled internally at higher love and was actually supposed to cost $50 plus tax per gram. The other thing is terrible pricing for cartridges... When the gram carts at other dispensaries of Binske products cost $15 and $10 for a half gram at Dispo Romeo, its odd paying $30 and $23 for a half gram. Also, pricing on bulk is pointless. Compared to other dispensaries, i.e. Lume, the pricing is vastly more expensive at Higher Love. I would love to see things change as the rec scene and med scene has changed a lot in Michigan. Bottom Line, if anyone can make the drive to just about any other dispensary if its near them, I highly recommend it. If you are trapped and driving hours to Ironwood, and unable to shop elsewhere... This is the store for you.

Shopping online here to skip the long in-store waits is convenient but usually a broader selection of products and better service is available in-store. Also, be prepared for out of stocks and substitute products for items you order online. They apparently fill orders when you arrive for pick up, not at time of order.

I have done the lobby waiting which was good just a long wait but oh well. Online is very quick and even with a long line online process was quick! Very impressed with the whole experience and of course I will be back!
