Very knowledgeable employees who always take the time to make sure customers feel welcomed and listened to! I always get amazing advice and deals for whatever I’m in the mood for!

Would not redeem stamp card, yes the stamp was not fully pressed down but it was pretty obvious the card had been stamped. Not only that, but I am a regular customer who has probably redeemed 2 dozen stamp cards or more in the last 8 months. Will not ever come back due to how I was treated. Hope the $15 was worth the loss of thousands in future business and referrals!!

Great selection, consistent quality, reasonable prices, knowledgeable staff. They are big, and it's regularly busy (generally making me want to get in and out of there), but I haven't felt rushed through if I have questions about something I haven't tried before. After some extremely poor service nearby, this has become my go to spot in Kirkland.

Where do I begin? I first started going here when they first opened, and even though the prices were a little high, I didn't mind because of the excellent customer service. After going in last month, I noticed something was a little "off". A couple of my favorite budtenders weren't there anymore and after going back this past weekend I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. The bud is crappy, the customer service is lame as if they seriously don't care anymore. When I asked what happened to Marcus, I got the impression that he was "phased" out for another guy who seems to be taking that store in a different direction. It's too bad too because the first few months were awesome, now they're just like every other store that thinks we'll just smoke whatever they put in the store. We do know when quality is bad, we do know when something's different. I don't care if they ever get it back together, I won't be going in there anymore.

Great location, easy to get to and plenty of parking. Shop is simple, looks like a smoke shop. The staff was really nice, from the door greater to the budtender. When I asked for something for my migraines, she went online and dos a quick search and suggested a couple items on the menu. They really do need to update their menus though. Covered in cheap plastic restaurant menu covers and everything ending in .99 makes the place feel like a cheap Denny's.

It's very small, but it's at least super efficient and easy to get to. Super friendly people. I'd say their recommendations for strains that treat certain symptoms is a little off, so I would say do your research on Leafly first.

I'd really like to know you did the pricing. Unbelievable that every price ends in .99 cents. Makes zero sense and does not help with the pricing. Add the extra penny and make us all happy. Not going to shop there again until they do something about it.

This place really sets the bar high in customer service for other vendors like their own. You walk in and employees are themselves with extensive knowledge of their product. Just by the atmosphere of the store, you can tell it's laid back with just the right amount of class. This place is good if you have tons of money to spend on premium - expensive weed- but if you're like me, and looking for quality at a cheap rate I'd avoid this place. These days in many shops you can get quality buds for cheap, but all the discount strains I've tried here have been really terrible. That said, if you don't mind the price they have good service and ok selection, but if you're looking for a good deal on something you can actually smoke I'd look elsewhere. (Here's to hoping you guys get some good cheap bud soon!).

The staff is very friendly as many have noted. It is clean, large and well run. It is a bit spendy compared to places all over Puget Sound. The deals are very average. the weed is good, often very good, but there is nothing here that has be really impressive to me in over 12 visits. I also bought some bud from WALDEN (Granny Derkle) that was billed as 3.5 grams. I measured at home on an excellent scale and it was 2.76...that is a rip-off....really disappointing. Don't know if that is Walden's responsibility or HL's but it sucks either way.

This is my go-to. A little farther to drive for me, but worth it. The ATM fee is lower than any place I've been to. Employees always seem happy and relaxed.

Since moving to the Washington this has been the best experience I've had. They have great deals on ounces of flour and the people have been extremely nice. This will become my regular place for flour and wax! My only complaint is the price on the cartridges.

I love everything about Higher Leaf (Kirkland - I haven’t been to their Bellevue location). I’ll go out of my way to come here, even if I pass 7 dispensaries along the way. Budtenders are knowledgeable (I’ve gotten some amazing recommendations for pain management!) and always friendly. I usually order ahead online to pickup and skip the line, but even if I don’t order ahead and there is a line, it moves quickly. This has been my favorite spot for years, I highly recommend Higher Leaf!

I just visited today and I was so impressed with the customer service and the Budtender was so helpful! Got me everything I needed for specific things and the prices were super reasonable. Will definitely visit again!

Very expensive compared to other stores in Kirkland and beyond.

It’s a friendly and clean store. Prices are reasonable and there’s a loyalty program. This location is busy, so expect courteous and efficient service to complete your purchase.

This is a great shop, with great people. They are always super helpful, with honest and sincere opinions. They understand their clientele and help each customer according to their specific needs. I'm a working mother that does not have tons of money to be dropping at the weed store, they are always accurate and honest with their suggestions and never try to up-sell me. Also, the fact that they have a discount section where I can still get 4g for $40 of premium marijuana is amazing. Anyways, these guys are super knowledgeable, super kind, with great selection and amazing prices.

Being new to weed, i can't speak much for quality. My first few trips in have been great though. Extremely friendly staff, very welcoming to noobs like myself.

Not a huge fan of this location but I will give them time. It seems unorganized and not a very clean or inviting location. It's right on willows road at a super busy intersection and the store is attached to the bottom floor of an apartment building, which seems old/rundown. It's close to work so an easy stop on the way home but for now, I'll continue to get green at further locations. They did not seem to have enough inventory selection and there is virtually nothing to see here. This store is just a pick up and go. It feels like a drive thru fast food spot. I have made 2 stops here and the cartridge I bought was fine but I was not impressed with the flower I bought as it was very dry and packaged WAY before my purchase date. I wouldn't recommend this place to an afficiando but it gets the job done. I'll stop in for a quick stop if I can't reach my other stores, but that's about it.

I had never been to a marijuana store before and it was a very professional and informative experience. I ended up with just the right product for me after a great deal of time was spent addressing my concerns and educating me on the different products available. I will be back again!
