Just picked up a zip here some of the best vanilla kush batches ive ever smoked and for two hundred out the door. Cant go wrong, 23% thc on it and the flavor is un real! Wow.

Great shop, went in for the first time 4 days ago and got some high quality grade flower (IMHO) was very pleased with product and quality of service..Atmosphere was nice, not to confuse with another shop I regular, for driving distance purpose. But High Winds in Hood River I will be back, as soon as the wife allows! :)

The view walking through the parking lot makes me smile every time, and I feel at home driving up. The staff is as friendly and informed as the weed is diverse! I'll always come in to simply talk and ask questions.

Right on the main drag just off the freeway. The guys were very friendly and super helpful. Look for the bamboo.

Exceeded my expectations! Ginger and Gideon were super friendly and helpful. I work at another dispensary in town and sometimes get a competitive vibe from other places when they learn of this. They were very welcoming and all smiles. Let's keep it that way Hood River! We are all in this together working for the good and health of each other! (Which is basically what Ginger said to me.) They suggested the Cookies and Cream flower after assessing what I prefer. This flower is awesome! A smooth smoke with great aroma and flavor. I will be back for more flower and great conversation.

location is convenient af, good selection, knowledgeable staff. look for the kid with the very short dark hair if you need to know ANYTHING about ANYTHING. good place to go if you are trying to stretch your dollar, too. dont forget to get a burrito next door on your way out!

I am a recent new client of High Winds NV located in beautiful Hood River Oregon and their number one fan. I must start by clarifying that I rarely have a need to purchase flower and go to dispensaries for the concentrates and cool people who offer them. That being said, I can only report that there is no shortage of jars full of beautiful bud. For this small town, High Winds NV has a really decent concentrates menu as you can see for yourself. For me, Sirius-Critical Mass BHO, offered here, is a staple. At 55.43% CBD (this batch) CM (Critical Mass) will literally melt the pain away. Not only pain but it's aces at releasing spasms. Believe me when I say CM will always be in my medical marijuana cabinet. If you get the chance to spring for top of the line flavor, don't miss trying "The Clear" I got BLUE RAZ. Just imagine a Jolly-Rancher bursting in your mouth upon vaping. The Clear is definitely the crème brulee of dab-ables. But enough about lab tested menu items. Let’s discuss this awesome little joint and it’s staff. Albeit, tucked back off the road near the hostel, when you see that white sail with a green cross you know you found the spot. This place is blessed with a gigantic parking lot compared to any other dispensary in town which makes it ideal if you happen to loathe traffic and searching for parking like I do. But my all time favorite part of my experiences is the delightful and well educated staff. All these great folks never forget to wear their smiles, remember your name, play diverse music, project positive energy and make you welcome, every time. The highest compliment I can give High Winds is that they have plenty of staff on site each time I visit and I’ve been several times in less than 30 days. I get frustrated when dispensaries are so under staffed that getting my medication feels chaotic. Thank you Nick, Lexi, Ginger, Isabelle, Bryndal and Gideon, just to name a few. Donna

Hands down, my mo effin favorite. I live in eastern Oregon, and every time I come through you dudes are super friendly, and always down for a good conversation about weed, and the surrounding area. The selection is amazing, hands down the best bud I've ever smoked. Large amounts of their flower comes from farms in the area, and I have yet to see them carrying something that has been anything other than topshelf in my opinion. The building itself is very chill, the atmosphere relaxed and friendly. I've never felt out of place, nor have I ever felt that I was inconveniencing the bud tenders with all of my questions. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit their first dispensary, or anyone lookin for a dispensary..... period.

I love this place! The best selection and prices in town. Staff was obviously stoned out of their minds but very nice and extremely knowledgeable. The tender with the dreads was so baked she dropped a bud on the floor and didn't even know it. haha I recommend this shop for anyone looking for quality bud at fair prices.

We just moved to Hood River from southern Cal and are in love with the gorge. This was my first time to Tropicannabis...what a cool place. I thought our shops in Cali were top, oh how wrong I was! From the time you pull in and park at the dock/boardwalk in front of the sea mural you know your in for something special, VERY special. It took us 15 minutes after going inside to order. I don't have words for the inside except WOW! The only way to start to describe is Hard Rock meets Hollywood meets Universal Studios. My wife and I forgot that we were there to by pot. The budtenders were exceptionally knowledgeable and crazy helpful and friendly (unlike our old shop). We didn't expect the HUGE selection and diverse products. Now for the last thing on our checklist to find a new dispensary, price. That was 100% answered by the girl being helped in front of us. She was buying a 1gm cartridge for $17.50 out the door!!!!! We were both positive we had heard incorrectly so we started to strain eavesdrop. Here's what we found out, the price was $17.50 with tax, the girl works for a dispensary in the gorge and she said the NEXT cheapest 1gm cartridge in the gorge was $27. We have now found our home dispensary. A couple items of note, I have NEVER wrote a long ass review like this ever and we visited the other 5 shops in town first. I hope this helps someone like us new to the area or traveling through not knowing where to go.

I think this is by far the in Hood River. Workers are way nice and answer as many questions you may have. Very helpful. Best selection in town. Best prices in town. (BY FAR) And oh yeah the dankest weed as well. Always getting new stuff . Highest THC percentage I have seen in town was at High Winds. So dont waste your time and money at the other shops. High Winds is were it's@ !!!
