I have shopped there twice first time 20%off second time10% for senior discount, my husband and I go there together but are supposed to have separate accounts. ( in case we happen by alone) RIGHT??? SO ON 10/13/24 my second time got my penny pre roll all good,my bud tender was talking to us and reminded my husband and I that he should come in and shop his first time and get his 20% then he would get penny preroll on his second visit!!!! Well my husband stopped by for a Halloween surprise to bring home and they wouldn't honor that but used my customer # and told him he already used it SMH not good for them.the budtender I had was 96715 the one he had was 96755 or it says cashier on the tickets.not going to have my friends go there if they don't honor their word Also messed up on starting allotment and remaining allotment that is also on the tickets.
This is the worst dispensary I’ve been to in any state. They train their employees to screw over the customers, knowing they’re the only dispensary for miles. I wouldn’t recommend, unless you like getting robbed.
Shady manager would rather accuse customer than rectify issue's. I bought a 1 gram cart that was half empty out of the package, I called the dispo and they told me they would swap it out. After driving 45 minutes back the manager only offered a partial solution only if I spent more money. After I refused he told me he can’t prove I hadn’t tampered with it and essentially told me to get out. A real shame I was a repeat customer before you officially opened but flora has never screwed me and I’ve seen them rectify issues with consumers products.
