This is such a great place. The meds are some of the best quality I've had in terms of looks, smell, and potency. On top of this, the staff is very friendly, helpful, and patient which makes the experience that much better. I'm glad there is finally a dispensary in AZ that is committed to serving the MMJ community the best that they can. I have been here multiple times and will keep coming back!

Amazing customer service and very comfortable. The employees are very knowledgeable and make you want to visit again. There's a tier system that make good bud affordable. I got the Rare Dank which is a tier 3 and was very satisfied. Can't wait to go back and try top shelf. I've been to every dispensary in Flagstaff and High Mountain Health is hands down my favorite.

This is my go to dispensary. They grow high quality local organic flower which is important to me to know whats going into my smoke. The other shops sometimes have cheaper prices, but the prepacked garbage and high residual/low terpene content concentrates keep me coming back to HMH. The KAYA cartridges are absolutely killer and are by far the most potent, tastiest cartridges I’ve come across and have become my go to. Good vibes, knowledgeable budtenders, and sweet daily deals is why HMH is the spot!

Not worth the $15 - $20 a gram. I rather put money in my gas tank and drive into Phoenix for my meds. Just because there's a limited amount of dispensaries in Flag doesn't mean I need to be limited myself. Life's too short to spend that much on medication.. might as well start buying off the streets again for that price. I can get more bang for my buck elsewhere.

Absolutely blown away by this dispensary. Everything about the experience was remarkable! The front desk gals, I think both named Taylor warmly welcomed me. Anne, my budtender, was remarkable. So much so, that I was in there for an hour!! The shop is merchandised well, is extremely shoppable. Anne was extremely knowledgeable about the products and really cared- you could tell that she loves what she does. Sometimes dispensaries can be intimidating, but my experience was the exact opposite. I felt comfortable. I was impressed by the bakers cabinet full of edibles!! I am moving to Flagstaff and will return there often. Keep up the great work!

I had a terrible visit today after so many amazing ones. Team member Carlos has an attitude problem and he spoke to me as if I did not understand English - I felt extremely disrespected. Go to Green House, where their staff is actually friendly and wants to help you out. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Best shop in Arizona.I've been to more than a few here in Az and HMH OUTSHINES THEM ALL.( Did I mention they have the best looking staff also, yes even Eban.

This is my favorite head shop out of all 3 in Flag. The beautiful people of HMH welcome you with open arms and hearts. Greeted by someone who knows your name shows they truly are compassionate about their patients. I recommend this dispensary to anyone who has doubts about giving them a try!

Best medical dispensary in flagstaff! Super friendly staff and great overall selection. If you ever need any help just ask the staff, they are very knowledgable for new patients. Overall great place and a must revisit.

They are the only dispensary that I have visited in the state that charges your GRAM ALLOCATION( 2 1/2 ounces or 70 grams every 14 days ) 2 to 1 for hash and 4 to 1 concentrates. This is bad for medical patients that need to dose 100mg plus per day. IE cancer, MS etc. This HIGH MOUNTAIN POLICY could effect a patients ability to complete the prescription requirements for consistent treatment. I will not go back to this dispensary again.

I Have only been in a few times but the staff at High Mountain are very friendly and knowledgeable. they were helpful in me finding a medication that worked for what i needed without the effects i was trying to avoid. This is the kind of place I like to see in my community. Patient minded with top notch meds.

Always a great experience. Quality meds with new strains it seems weekly. Always clean with a staff second to none. Everyone there is knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with I would recommend to any patient new or experienced. You won't be disappointed.

Best in Flag. Very nice service. Kind to new, clueless people like myself. Locally owned and operated. Often gets busy, but mostly because they are so good and don't rush you through the buying process. The medicine is incredibly strong and smells like heaven. Good variety of product. Always at least one smiling face to greet you. If it was across town, if still go to them, but luckily they are right in my neighborhood. Recommend to anyone who wants a kind, welcoming place with great meds, I've already recommended them to all of my own friends.

I have been going to HMH since the day they opened. Tulasi the front desk woman was and has been extremely kind, informational, and fun to be around. Casey, Eban, Eva, and Julia are the very knowledgeable about the medicine and always inform me of the best in shop and their own favorites. Great staff, fun promos. Freshest bud I've found near Flagstaff. The prices are a little high but you do get what you pay for with their tiers. The Daily grams are my favorite as its nice to try new strains. I'd suggest adding more deals for your cbd flower and high thc flower to provide patients access to the most therapeutic options.

This was my first visit. Keith was my budtender, personable and courteous. Excellent service, long line but short wait. Nice selection of flower. I like that the in house flower is served deli style. I hope that model gets used industry wide. Pre-packed vendors and deli style in house. It sets a differentiation. I picked up Mickey's OG Kush, unique terps, mild flavor, just a bit on the dryer side for my preference but wonderful flower. Super Lemon Haze, well done on this classic. Excellent. It was wacky Wednesday so I got some bonus Blueberry Cough. Sticky and Delicious. All effective medication, well rounded menu, helpful and polite staff. I would like to see some Living Soil and Sun Grown options available in the future. Appreciate you all in the industry! Thank you!

This is one of the first dispensaries I ever walked into when they first started poppin' up when they became legal. The staff is informed, professional, and kind. The ones that aren't don't usually last long, :) Very clean, user-friendly atmosphere. No one acts uppity, or obnoxious (like some places)! Would be perfect if they could expand their cartridge inventory and assortment. Some of the best flower available in Flagstaff, at great prices, especially with the deals, and quality of flower you are receiving! They do have a very expansive assortment of premium edibles and concentrate products. HMH seems to have a leg up on product knowledge compared to other Flag dispensaries, and staff.

By far the best in AZ. Great staff, product, and prices. I drive 150 miles to stock up at hmh passing 4 others on the way.

Quality has gone way down hill. Used to be a nice place with some decent product, but honestly I can't speak highly of this place one bit. Some of the quality was good, but come to find out some of the strains grown by HMH have had mold. This place claims to test their meds, but nowhere can you retrieve that data. Also, it is the most expensive place in Arizona to get your meds, and there are quite a few places where you can get much better quality, at a much better price. A note to the rookies, examine your meds, you may find some interesting surprises.
