Really good -expensive- flower, but budtender wasn't friendly at all. I like them to at least seem interested that I'm there.I might go back. Thing is their flower though really good, isn't any better than the other two dispensaries in town.

It is a decent place and they just opened so they've got growing pains. Bud is great, prices are amazing, the employees are great except this young small guy who does not know how to talk to customers and is quite rude.

Great first visit. The budtenders are very knowledgeable and took the time, in the day of COVID, to open a few jars and let me see the nugz. Even though the were behind a plexiglass screen, it was great customer service. Staff was funny & personable and we had a great conversation while shopping. I’d come back, for sure.

We bounce around town for flower fairly often and this store is def a top pick for us. The cool part is having a menu to view the items because when you get to the counter it's intimidating and I'm blind. Always great people, great service and it's a relaxed environment. There's nothing worse than trying to decide and someone's breathing over you suggesting random and this place is good at not doing that. The thing I just can't shake is that when I go on leafly to see the menu, prices are posted. We like sampling different strains so we usually grab a cheaper flower with our regular stuff. When I go in the store the price is always wrong and way higher. I've been in this store at least 100x and when I show them the price online they say they know and nothing can be done sorry (not exact words). It's super irritating because why even post price if it's never true? It's false advertising. Instead just don't posts price and say to contact store. Overall I give a 3 ⭐. PLEASE FIX THIS

Can just one person tell this “dispensary” that oregon permits 8 Oz (NOT 2oz) daily limit for Ommp card holders, and is there any dispensary in Kfalls that actually cares about their customers? this is the best dispensary i have been in, no lie. The bud tenders are very welcoming and helpful/knowledgable about the effect of the different strains as well as the quality of the different products offered. plus the owners are involved with everything even the customers.

Scammers!!! My husband just returned from there so upset he was almost in tears. I have a condition that I use cannibus as pain relief,but we had hardly any money today. We looked on the website,and saw they had 4 different strains for only $3.00 a gram. There was nothing that said it was a conditional offer. When my Husband arrived and asked for the highest potency $3.00 gram called Dosi,He was told that he'd have to purchase at least an 1\8 th to be able to buy the $3.00 gram!!! Then,after some discussion, he was allowed to buy it, but when he got outside, he noticed they gave him another strain that was 11.83%, not what he asked for. He went right back in,and showed him that there was a mistake,but the man rudely stated that my husband should have stated that he wanted Dosi,and there was no exchange. I am so disappointed in High Lakes.

I called in, talked to a friendly budtender, I ordered Carts and flower. Pulled in, called them and they came to my car and hooked me up. I went home happy! Love it thank you!

we were not given a receipt. Say him crumble it and throw away. We asked for our receipt they refused to give it to is and printed another and added 25 percent off. Not Cool.
