The manger of this place Dosent care about patients he’s out to make a quick buck , I came in for my first time patient visit and the employees told me I could get product free my next time because my card had no more room so now I have room they don’t want to honor it to me and told me I had to re buy but they can’t give me what they said this first time . I have sent people to them. I will never go myself or tell others to go any more worst dispensary yet can’t beleave they treat medical patients like this .

This was my go to spot until recently when the law made it recreational..they do not honor medical patients with any discounts or deals anymore. Originally would sell 5 grams of venom concentrates for $80 now they sell each gram for $20 plus tax which comes out to almost $25 per gram which is complete scam.. Completely disrespectful to the community and medical patients like myself. Don’t really see myself coming back here unless they bring back some sort of deals. You might as well drive another 30 minutes to needles and grab way better quality meds with more knowledge on their inventory and cheaper price. The selection/quality control at the harvest has been below standard the past few months as I’ve had more than one occurrence of getting meds that were packaged almost 4-5 months before I purchased them and tasted funky. A few of the workers seem to be in a rush constantly and seem to not care about what they sell..I’ve purchased multiple 1/8ths of flower telling the bud tender I wanted a certain strain and going home then opening my purchase it wasn’t even what I asked for. If you want a quick fix or high this is what this place is turning into..but it isn’t anything like a medical marijuana dispensary should be staff is uneducated and the selection is super small..Screwing over medical patients and patting non medical users on the back with a free hand out as well. The harvest you better get your shit together because now I am purchasing my medicine elsewhere.

Staff is very knowledgeable and upbeat about answering all of my questions. My 1st bad cartridge and no trouble at all in fast fix. Good group here

They should tell you “either there mass texting or a sign on the door” that there not open at normal hours! They text me twice a day with dumb special deals but they can’t let me know there not open guess I won’t be returning I’ll spend my money elsewhere

Horrible horrible customer service!! Their covid rules are not clear and they are extremely rude when asked a basic question like “can we shop together?” I will never return to this dispensary not based off anything but the horrible customer service. I have never been treated so horribly at a dispensary and being a long time medical patient I don’t think anyone should be treated that way.

Strolling thru town and had some to check out the local dispensary. Nice, clean atmosphere with all smiling people. My budtender was awesome.

PhatTommy & Alien Space Queen dropped by over the weekend to shop (and see what changes had taken place - HDH to Harvest). We re-registered (as I was not in the Database, no big deal). We were called right away (and this was a Saturday!). I had a great Bud-Tender (Laric), who showed me the excellent Chronic Health ointment all my friends use. Imagine my surprise when they BOGO'd it to me as a FTP. After I picked my teeth up off the floor (not really),I realized a sizable chunk 'O change was still in my pocket (don't tell anybody, but I saved $32.45 plus tax). Welcome to Lake Havasu City and (on behalf of all your patients) Thanks for all you do. LHC is a big winner with HARVEST in town! (PhatTommy Says)

On my first visit, I felt that I had found MY dispensary. The one that I’d be able to rely on, because I live over an hour away (in Kingman) and the two dispensaries in town don’t seem to have any knowledge of the products they’re selling and it seems like they’re more interested in getting people high than getting people well. One of them only carried a limited number of overpriced, untested in house cartridges that they had all mixed together and when I asked what a particular strain was or what it’s effects would be, they couldn’t tell me. They told me to take my phone to the lobby and look it up. Also no new patient deals. The other dispensary isn’t much better, little more knowledge, but really high prices and not so great new patient deals. I was told on my first visit that Monday was cartridge day. That every Monday there were buy one get one specials on cartridges. So, I left my phone number, but never received any messages. I figured this could be because I have an out of state phone number? As I had this problem before. I didn’t worry about it though and I timed my second visit to fall on a Monday. My mistake was timing my visit to fall on the Monday of the week of Thanksgiving. They’d changed all their specials! I had a breakdown in the store when they told me that I’d driven all that way for nothing. They told me to come back on Wednesday because they’d moved the Monday special to Wednesday for just that week. I couldn’t do it. I have an autoimmune disease, PTSP, and nearly crippling anxiety that keeps me home most of the time. I explained this, plus the fact that I had driven all the way from Kingman, and I was still told to come back Wednesday. Maybe I’m just being a whiner, but would it have been so hard to give me the special that I’d driven so far for? They were just going to give it to me on Wednesday anyway. Luckily, I hadn’t tried Farm Fresh yet, and they were able to save the day for me with a buy two get one free new patient deal. Not as good as the deals I was expecting at Harvest that day, but at least I didn’t have to drive home empty handed. And when I told them what had happened to me at Harvest, they agreed that they would have just given me whatever day of the week special that I needed, and would in the future. I still haven’t been back to Harvest, even though they had the best deals, products, and knowledge.

Really enjoy how they stepped up their concentrate game lately. Since that's all I do pretty much the amount of variety & quality concentrates I get to choose from is great. The diamonds & terp sauces. More please!!!

I stopped by while camping in the area, very glad I did. Asking about their best Indica strains got me 4 large jars of bud to look and stiff. I picked out 3 different 8ths to try out (two I researched on leafly before heading in, one my bud tender recommended). All three have proved to be great medicine. Then I got happier, one 8th was free as a new patient AND I because it was happy hour I got all my 8ths over weight!

My first and last time visiting this place.. l couldn’t get a correct harvest date on their products. Bought a preroll and a Cartridge that had two scan tag on each product showing different harvest date 3 to 4 month apart.

I walked in quick stop before work, I mentioned that all I needed to purchase was a charger to my universal pen. It was the best service I’ve had at a dispensary, hands down. The receptionist pulledout a ziploc with random damaged box, chargers I suppose, and just gave it to me, like nothing. With a big smile , and some dude with a huge grin and glasses just nodding with a thumbs up. It was dope. You guys r the best. — girl with bright red hair ^.^
