Maaaaaaaan This Place is my second home whenever I'm down in OC. I fell in love with the whole staff the second I met'em all. These guys got their shit together and I'm talking about Vibes, energy, service, staff, deals, prices, and the head of the staff/ Owner is the best. Big Ups and much love to my man Bobby. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The store is clean, well organized and has a great vibe. Budtender Frank Cortazzo was incredibly knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job of guiding me through my first dispensary experience. Today was my first time in Hi Tide but it definitely won’t be my last.

I have been to Hi Tide twice since getting my medical card. The 1st time I went Scarlet helped me and she was super knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. 2nd time I went Frank helped me he was also super smart and knew exactly what strains would work for what I needed. I live in Salisbury but it's worth the drive to OC.

Great location! Right before you cross the Rt. 50 bridge into beautiful downtown Ocean City 😍. Incredibly knowledgeable staff Mark, David, Scarlett, and Jasmine are all great budtenders. They make each experience that much more enjoyable ❤. I definitely will be returning!

This place is a visual treat when you walk in, looks like any typical surf shop in and around Ocean City, but they sell weed. The process is very pleasant, as well the atmosphere and people who were there are very pleasing. The staff is helpful and eager to share their opinions on favorites, top sellers etc.. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Super nice and helpful staff. Jasmine is Great!! She really knows her stuff and recommended exactly what I needed to help with my pain. I love the Atmosphere here. Non patients have a nice area to wait in. Just a tad pricey compared to other local dispensaries, but worth it if you're local.

GET READY TO WAIT order was placed online with received confirmation. Still waited 42 min outside in the "drive thru". Called prior and was on hold 30 min, just to be hung up on. This was the only dispensary opened on this day in ALL of OC. You've cornered the market & treat your customers like crap with service like this.

I have been to several dispensaries since getting my medical card and Hitide is above all the best. Knowledgeable, friendly and very comfortable place to be. They also have a great store in front that is public for all your needs. Clothes, bongs, the latest and greatest in vape appliances, beautiful locally made pipes, I could go all day. Just stop in patient or not, You’ll see. Right behind PizzaTugos (Rt 611&50) before the bridge in Ocean City!

Likes, the facility is very nice. The gentleman that helped us outside was fantastic. Dislike They did not fill my order correctly I ordered Verano Gummies they gave me Encore brand sour gummies. Different. They did not tell me, notify me of anything. Unacceptable do not substitute without asking the customer. Covid their website says they are covid friendly. Outside no problem. Inside another story. Cancer patient here. No masks on three employees. Really? How hard is it for a grown man to wear a small tiny piece of cloth? Why am I mad.? Because their website says covid friendly clearly it is not inside. And it does not say first-time customers must come inside. I should have bailed my fault. Instead, I went inside and got upset. What I will say is outside their pick-up is organized and great. I understand why I had to go in first-time customer extra paperwork, no problem. If they had been masked I would not be so upset. Next, questions they asked my doctor's name and what physical aliment I had. NONE of their business. I have a valid MD license not one other dispensary in the State of MD has ever asked me either of those questions. I am not saying do not go here. What I am saying is to check your order before leaving. Just make sure you understand their policies.

Something you don’t see and experience in the menu.... Ever since my first visit they kept me coming back. The level of customer care and service is outstanding. Really feel cared about and helped properly by the entire team at HiTide OCMD. For a little over 2 months now I’ve finally found my way off benzodiazepines. Thanks to the love and support from my family, my doctor and the team at HiTide. I’m feeling like ME again. It’s amazing. I’ve added a Tincture by Healer called Balance. Along with flower, edibles and concentrates. The combination of THCa/CBDa & CBGa have helped me find comfort within myself again. The all natural way. I feel great. So grateful to have found such an amazing team of folks. Thank you EVERYONE at HiTide. You guys make my soul smile. Much love and appreciation. Thank you so super much.

First time here…I came with my father so he could grab an eighth. Ive worked in the industry for over a year so I waited in the lobby to check out the vibe. There was a sign in the lobby with all the deals and strains. I asked what the sale eighth strains were and they said they weren’t allow to tell me because I’m not an MMCC patient….which they didn’t even ask me yet. But there’s a huge menu in the lobby with strains and deals already? And if I called or checked the website they would say it publicly. LOLLL that wasn’t very welcoming.

The employees I dealt with were FANTASTIC, and they had curb side service down pat. I purchased several things that were fine, but the cartridge I purchased (I believe it was curio - green top and strawberry flavor). It tastes burnt and disgusting. I’ve bought this cartridge before and it should not taste like it does. $54 for something that tastes absolutely horrid. I will not be going back.

This was my first time, had a great experience with Carla, good information! I love the new Airo Pro “Blue Dream” cartridge!

Hi Tide has the best selection of any recreational weed spot I have ever been to! Even better than Amsterdam. Be nice if they could open a social smoke club someday. In the mean time, all the budtenders are great. Shout out to Sativa Steve, my fave! <3 ~~ep

I have visited regularly since legal sales began and my husband and I both love the selection, atmosphere and budtenders (shout out to Sativa Steve, who we had yesterday and who is always super great to get!) But by far the best thing at this place is Big Mike. Always ready with a smile that feels so genuine, Mike is why we come there more than any other reason and why we've come here exclusively since he joined your team. The "other place" is okay (and slightly less expensive to be honest) but they don't have a Mike. he makes the trip good every time. Hold onto him guys, he's gold.
