Really helped me find the right medication.

I purchased a disposable vape from them. I opened it the same day and it didn’t work. I contacted them right away. They had me send a picture or the vape, a video of it not working and the batch number. I sent them and they emailed back to send the same things. Nothing came of it. They didn’t refund my money or replace the vape. They just stopped responding. It’s been over a month. I won’t be returning.

I thought everything went very smoothly and the gentleman that checked us in even laminated our cards for us! very nice ppl.

Very clean and calm lobby and shop, beautiful plants all around. Best prices around and very knowledgeable and friendly staff!

JOSHUA WAS AMAZINGLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL! Now that we've gotten that out there in the forefront-let's get to the nitty gritty. Walked in- nervous and intimidated, as I've NEVER been to a dispensary. The ppl were very friendly(I did NOT realize I couldn't bring my hubby in w/me oops-they kindly apologized telling him he'd be unable to come in w/me and told us how we could apply for a 'caregiver' card if need be for the future. Moving into the waiting area- I still felt nervous, however the wonderful medical staffer they had there was knowledgeable, warm and welcoming and truly put my angst@ease. Moving into the 'showroom' so to speak, I was met by JOSHUA. This is where I WAS BEYOND IMPRESSED! He asked some questions, explained some basic info(ok- I did a little homework, but needed a lot more help. Let's say I went in with an elementary level and walked out feeling like a Senior in HS-and can't wait to go back walking out like a college kid w/a PhD.). Based on my ailments I was looking to relieve, he took me thru a variety of suggestions and products-he went off of personal knowledge, customer feedback and even went as far as to bust out Google and an ENTIRE DAMN BINDER (IMPRESSED ISN'T EVEN A STRONG ENOUGH WORD) since I am laser focused on getting relief without eating myself into a coma! For me-who's only dabbled in THC/CBD etc years ago- this really meant a ton. He put me at ease explaining that we've all been a beginner@some point, and not to feel rushed into decisions and it's normal to feel overwhelmed@1st. He even helped me fill out the journal to keep a log, so that I can truly find something that will ease pain and inflammation and 🚫 turn me into that sleepy munching machine (I have that down to a science on my own lol). I will be honest- I only wish I could tip him, cuz he was that amazing, helpful, patient, and passionate about the industry and how it can be so helpful to so many ppl for a variety of reasons. I hope someone that is on the fence about trying a dispensary-reads this review and sees that knowledge is power and you too can feel this way walking out of Herbology!

Fast , easy and understandable

Very much liked the staff, atmosphere, structure of this dispensary. Selection is not always as large as other dispensaries, BUT is usually a good quality array of medicines to pick from, and usually they're priced more fairly than their "competitors"! I came on a very busy day and didn't mind the wait at all. Joshua was my budtender and was not only well-drilled, but gave me good insight on the strains I was purchasing, which I really value. I'll be back!
