Herbal IQ - Depew

I really like Herbal IQ. It very quickly became my new go to spot. Even with prices that may be higher than a lot of us are used to with the reservation and sticker shops, this bud is worth it. I haven’t been dissatisfied with anything I’ve purchased. I usually ask the staff to help pick something out based off what I’ve liked in the past when I feel like switching it up. Super knowledgeable and happy to help within your budget.

prices are crazy. walked put twice not paying 120+ tax for a gram of rosin thats insane. new york state is a joke

Bought A Sticky Buns 1/8 for 33.90 after tax. Broke open first nug to find visible mold. Tried calling 8 min before close and was sent to voicemail after two rings. Showed up at 8:56 and the open sign is off. “Great service”. The ladies behind the counter and security were nice at the very least.

As a medical user the tax now is the only difference in pricing ..

First visit here and will definitely return. The staff are warm, friendly, and very helpful. Products are displayed attractively. My husband has a medical marijuana card, and the prices are more reasonable than the medical dispensary!

I’ve been here twice since they opened, and both experiences were fantastic. Everyone was super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable…including on opening day. Staff made great suggestions and were helpful in getting you the most for your money. Product has been very good, though the pre-rolls I got seemed to lack any good flavors. But they did pack a punch. Flower has been excellent, but if you’re used to buying on the rez, you’ll have some sticker shock with the prices. A great place to stop, but if you’re a regular user it will probably be a once in a while visit.

in all honesty the Flowers on the upside, but don't bother copping carts from here rather than the rez, feel like the 35$ half grams are a scam tbh

I love being able to grab a gram of regulated live rosin for $56.50 and it’s only a 25 minute drive. That’s not a bad price in this crappy New York marijuana market and it’s not a bad drive compared to driving to the rez. And the rosin from Ithaca organics is solid stuff too. I recommend Herbal IQ all day.

This is for the Olean location. Been in twice now. Great atmosphere. Budtender always has a ton of knowledge. The Flower is FIRE.

Great selection bud tenders are very welcoming

Been here a bunch. Nice staff and pretty quick in and out if you order ahead. Good eighths are pricey. I have questions about their Electraleaf products, I’ve gotten 2 straight orders with less than the allotted amount in the package (1/8) which wouldn’t be a huge problem if it didn’t cost so much. Also the advertised potency of the electraleaf kush mintz is falsely high, claiming to be 28% when the label I have right now says 25%. Overall okay, but being shorted twice in a row and having improper labeling online has me thinking twice about going back. Might go back to BBD for equally good stuff at a significantly lesser price.

Been going here a few months. Great atmosphere and service. Entered a raffle and got a free infused hot chocolate just for coming in and shopping. Rachel was sweet and knowledgeable and made good recommendations. Love it here!

Great store comfortable and appealing

Nothing like asking a budtender to reccomend a product and they go for what they were pushed to get rid of due to expiring today. You get no warning, no discount, you pay $44 for an 1/8 plus NYS tax and get product that expires in hours, budttender gets a prize. I wonder what NYS thinks about these sales practices. Manager did not care, said i can drive 16 miles back to swap if I'm that unhappy. Hey folks, you go to the butcher and pay top dollar for your meat, and find out it expires that day, after purchase. Then the MGR reply is "NYS allows us to do it" I highly doubt NYS allows you to sell expires today product, at premium price, citing NYS for the price being that high, without warning the consumer, in such a highly regulated industry.
