Literally No point in ordering online. it will take longer for you to get in that way. this is ridiculous. i ordered on leafly 2.5 hours ago. and now im here and has to wait 10mins in my car to be texted AGAIN. So i then went inside, just to be told there are a few people in front of me? what? how is that when i ordered 2.5 hours ago and i got here before some people that are being helped.
I've been a faithful customer, but I won't be back. This was the third time I ordered flower online, expecting to get their "deal" price and they come up with a rule about why my order doesn't qualify. I wonder if they run a new receipt after I leave and stick the $25 in their pocket. Three strikes. You're out. If there are exclusions to the deals they need to be posted clearly online and not made up as they go along. The cashier did give me the option to change my order so it would qualify for the discount but I ordered pick up because I don't want to go inside to purchase.
No $65 halves!! From the customer POV, I get the email $65 halves, start calling from 9:30am-10:30am, no answer. Drive to McDowell, wait 25 mins in line, wait more in que, only to be told no $65 halves, period. Nothing even close $120 is only other half oz. Try talking to manager Paul, no apology, no other options, with a cold stare tells me, not his fault or problem, “blame marketing all the way in Tempe”. I explain everything i just wrote just now, same cold stare, “can’t sell you what I don’t have” end of conversation. I work with customers. If you want to keep them, please explain to Paul, that’s not how you tell a CUSTOMER, that you don’t have what YOUR MARKETING told them they could buy. We pay your salaries, remember that, but hey it’s been a great 4 years, good luck, I’m sure with recreational, you won’t miss us old time patients

Stay away from the Black Label cured resin shatters.... not only are there too high of residual solvents and heavy metals but its really not shatter its not even pull and snap shatter its very gooey and extremely hard to work with. I get it only 18 a gram but this is supposed to be medical quality right? Just be warned its not even worth 18 a gram really...

Placed an order at 1:30 today and didn’t receive the confirmation text until 2 hours later. Upon arrival it came to my surprise that you also have to check in out front and wait a prolonged amount of time before you can even enter the premises to pay for that said order placed hours in advance. It is now 5:37 and it’s been well over 4 hours since the order was placed and the employees out front won’t tell you where you are at in line so don’t bother. Hoping I can get my medicine before the store closes with its new corona hours 👎🏻 Current pick up times are a shit show.
Got my online order wrong with only one item! Now I know why my will call took so long. H4L made a mistake THEN gave me the wrong item. Not to mention the patient came in after me and still got their stuff before I did. Watch out for the security guard, ladies! the old man has a wandering eye. Also, this is the second post I had to make because they only allow good reviews.

I was charged $95 for a strain advertised at $80. This is abysmal behavior and not believing the customer or even checking is disgusting. The rewards program also stinks. This was my last visit as I am not happy being ripped off. If you want to experience a rip off, try this lot.

This has been my main source of meds for the last 2 years. Something has changed and I will never shop there again. Be careful of their "specials". Also, check your receipt carefully.

I found a seed in the top shelf weed. I called them and they said there was nothing they could do and was very rude over the phone. I will never shop here again.

The staff was super rude at this location. The girl at the front desk and text you and was rude and the girl who took my money was rude I asked her the difference because it's the first time I've been in a dispensary and the only thing that she kept doing was pointing out a paper for me to read it. as a cancer patient walking into a dispensary for the first time I was very disappointed with the way that I was treated and the manner that I was treated. I will not go to The Dispensary again. I'm sorry that I bothered you with my questions I don't work for dispensary I'm a new patient.

so just like every one els I was excited about 20% off witch was cool and all and I got some GDP ( was not purple and did not do it for me) but I smoked it non the less and returned about a week later just because I live so close ... I got an eighth of bubba kush and an eighth of Disney OG . the Disney was so small o guess it was dense ... and the bubba ... had 13 seeds in the bag and I was still charged top shelf 110 quarter price .. no free pre roll or any thing and I called and spoke to manager and he said they " can not assure there will not be seeds and they never have seen seeds in the bubba" so my quad magicly got pollinated .... get it together and grow some quality meds or at least credit me the dif. from a top shelf to mid twards my next order but no.. nothing at all... not a free pre roll or any thing. I have never seen that kinda thing with the seeds sense reggies in highschool. gl
The online process sucks! Idk if they still do walk-ins but to order online you end up waiting 45mins longer than normal. I wont do that again. At the good you order when you get in line and have confirmation by the time your at the door. (10-15mins) Then 10 mins later your in your car driving away. HFL needs to go back to the old system. Or everyone needs to stop acting so outrageous over this corona.. Either way I wont return to HFL for a long time.

For all you whiners and complainers out there let's not forget just a few years ago how we used to have to get our weed. Considering the circumstances of the shutdowns, today was not that bad. Yesterday was awful. I think they are working the kinks out. Stop complaining so much people. put on your rose colored glasses and take a walk.
Just have a question of how come you guys don't offer points? Your prices are on par with other dispensary that do offer points some are even cheaper and offer points. How come you guys haven't started offering points yet is this something that you're going to do in the coming future? I spend a lot of money in your In your dispensary. I would like to continue Doing so in recommending you to my friends. Please implement a point system. Very good dispensary only downfall is they do not offer points. Once they start offering points I can see myself recommending it to my friends

Had a great experience. The dispensary itself is very nicely done, looks clean and new. The flower is super fresh and was very satisfied! The staff was friendly and helpful. The only little bit of feedback come in the waiting room. It could use a little renovation. Regardless... I will definitely become a regular!
