I am a frequent patient at this location. Went in for the patient appreciation sale and didn’t feel too appreciated when I returned home to see that I paid for an OZ and only received 17.2 grams instead of 28 grams. What prompted me to weigh what I purchased is because it didn’t look like a full oz. I assumed it was probably because of the flower being dense. Definitely wasn’t.... I’m really disappointed.

The manager of the facility. You have a line of unhappy customers. What the manager doing talking numbers to beat other stores. To make a long story short. I was told by the manager of this establishment to go to another store. So i did could not be happier that nature's womders in Apache junction az this happened in june. The bud tenders are awesome. Management a a hole.

I went in for my first time and was disappointed. I went in for concentrates and the person helping me not only failed to offer up any information on pricing tiers or anything about what I was looking at, she also seemed annoyed that I would even ask a question. I got a gram of green crack which was on their menu as costing $45 but she charged me for 2 half grams at $25 each. Then she didnt give me my first time discount and said she didnt make a mistake when she gave me my recipt. I eventually got my money back. I understand that this particular employee could have been having a bad day or something but nothing was inviting or makes me want to go back to this location.
Very Disappointed in HFL..Never had the bait and switch until tonight...twice at Green Pharms.
Got the text your order is ready, get there and we are out...substitute some bunk weed crap.
Blamed me for not refreshing leafly bc they still have product they're out of still on the menu.

Got a half OZ bag and majority of the buds have half inch - one inch stems. Make sure you check what you’re getting before it goes in the bag!

I'm giving them one star for service because not only was I not informed about the first-time patient deal the first time I was there I've been coming here every Saturday for their 10 cards deal for a while now and apparently no one bothered to tell me about their point system nor did they put my phone number in so that's pretty cool it's not like I've only spent at least a grand here so you need to tell your bud tenders to actually inform people. because that was not f****** cool at all.

Never felt more uncomfortable at a dispensary. staff is rude and I don't recommend.
so they're not accepting online orders until 11:30 now? wow lol. pathetic. this place has no idea how to operate a dispensary.
I am appalled by their gross lack of concern for their patients. I ordered delivery prior to 6pm, and yet sit here over 2 hours later, waiting for a delivery of much needed medicine that will never come. I could have ordered from a more reliable dispensary had I known they would just completely disregard my order.
Shame on me. This is not the first time Health for Life has done this to me. They couldnt care less about customer service.

Man, this place has gone downhill! Now the apathetic drones that work there act like they're doing you a favor by waiting on you, and they don't seem to know much about the strains, potencies, effects, origins or additives. And the budtenders would always weigh out anywhere from 0.1 to 0.3 more per gram as goodwill. Now if they weigh out 0.01 too much they take some away! Madness! And before you could look at and smell the bud in the jars. Not anymore. I can't speak to the quality of the flower since I havent used any yet. I can only hope that it hasn't gone down as well. They also don't update their menu on Leafly very often. Two flowers that were appearing on Leafly today had been out since yesterday. Will not be going back.

I recently started going to this location instead of the north location. However, the bartenders there act like they're rushed and make you feel like your low-class if you don't by top shelf. I've had enough of that. As long as the north location doesn't start this crap I'll keep going there

As a first time patient, I was disappointed with the customer service and the lack of education re: mmj that was being offered.
Nobody asked me if I had any questions re: anything; nobody asked me to take a look at their shop to SEE what they had to offer.
I felt like a $$$ to them, not a patient.
Stopped in today and picked up an ounce. Everyone was friendly and professional from start to finish today, despite being a busy Friday. Express order line and walk in line were working well enough and the wait was under 10 minutes. Only one guy was working the express orders but that was likely because it was lunch time. Good vibes from everyone and all seemed happy to be there. Hope to see pre-covid prices again some day, but I can tell you guys are trying to improve. Please start once again listing the THC test data for strains on your leafy menu, like you used to do... Please stop deleting customers reviews that you disagree with! It's shady! Keep up the good work and be well!

This was my first time to a dispensary. Everyone made me feel welcome and took the time to make sure I was happy. I feel like I got a lot for my money. The buds I looked at where not to fresh, good quality but nothing amazing.
Front staff is always very nice
Online they advertised bogo on jeeters but when I came in they said they had a system malfunction in the morning so I wasted my time driving 30 mins to tell me sorry system malfunction. They should have honored it still since it was fault on their end. Waste of my time this place

Honestly I was loving my experience but then the budtender forgot to put the tax free discount on, so I left and then reazlied so I turned around. Had to wait 15 min to get my money back, the manager never said sorry or offer a free preroll or anything and I told them their deals on leafy were incorrect so I drove out here for the incorrect deal regardless.

H4L was awesome years ago when they still grew. At one point years ago they would have unique cultivars. Now, it's fancy brands or 3rd party no idea who grew it. Started going downhill when they were bought out. The staff is great and always helpful and friendly. H4L could be great again but they need to start growing again and not every ubiquitous OG under the sun. Their hey day? Think variety, Marley's Cheese, Qrazy Train,, P98 Bubba...

Being a frequent visitor of the other locations on Crismon and McDowell this was my first time visit and may I say I was pleasantly surprised. the security guard was very friendly when he greeted me at the door as well as opened it for me my bud tender Andrew was amazing he was so friendly so knowledgeable and even was able to help me out and getting the best deal possible as a first time visitor at this location. kudos to Andrew an amazing bud tender, he should definitely be recognized for his excellent above and beyond customer service!!! I will be back because of him as well as the overall experience! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
