There employees are rude and if you have a problem forget about it they don’t care even if there the ones to cause it.
this use to be my favorite and only place I would shop at. I order one of the posted deals they that was b2g1 on the live resin they said they won't honer the deal. manager was very rude about the hole thing. they were still expecting me to pay for the meds after telling they won't honer the deal posted and the manager got even ruder when I told them no thank you. h4l use to be the best and have the best customer service. hopefully was just off day for the manager but it was enough for me to never wanna shop there again and I will drive the extra distance now to sticky saguaro.

I am a regular at health for life Ellsworth. They are overpriced for their mediocre flower, but they are close, cater to only medical, and I usually always enjoy my experience. That was until today when I got assigned a tall gentleman by the name of Dametrious as my bud tender.
Honestly, what is this guys problem? I’ve seen him slugging around this dispensary before but this is my first time ever having an interaction with him.
After calling me back and barely mumbling a greeting to me, I told him I was interested in purchasing some flower. I suffer from Cartledge deterioration and joint pain, so the quality of flower I am purchasing is important to me. When asking Dametrious what the percentage was on a certain strain I was interested in he literally responded “Can’t you just look it up?” Are you kidding me dude? That’s your actual job. I told him no, and then he let out a big sigh before looking up the details of the strain. He seemed so annoyed he had to actually help me I was too nervous to ask to see another strain so just went with that one.
Then I asked to see what edibles he had to offer. He just pointed at the fridge for me to walk myself over. It was then, finally, a young girl with orange hair helped me, as Dametrious stood in the corner looking bored.
Honestly, for a dispensary that caters to only medical patients, I’d expect a higher expectation of service from employees. I spend way too much money at this establishment to be shrugged off by someone who doesn’t want to do the job they signed up for.
Whoever is manager or in charge of this location should have a serious talk with Dametrious about costumer service and body language. His whole demeanor ruined my whole experience, and I wasn’t even excited about the purchases I made like I usually am.
On my other visits, I’ve usually met with tenders that go above and beyond to make sure I understand what elements I’m about to put into my body. If there isn’t a clear expectation for ALL employees, it reflects negatively on the management team, and the entire company. Again, who ever is in charge will want to chat with Dametrious about his attitude, because he falls very short in comparison to most tenders at this location.
I do not think I will be back. The bored, “too-cool-to-be-here”, vibe I got from Dametrious was so off putting that I’ll be taking my business elsewhere the next few times I need to pick up.
I've been a medical customer of Health For Life Ellsworth for 5'ish years.
Service is always good - but waits are long and the lobby is painfully small. Most of the wait is often outside in the Arizona sun, even with COVID precautions not being a factor.
The most disappointing thing is price. Maybe it's because recreational is now available, but their prices have SKYROCKETED. I could usually count on a $5-$6 preroll deal - $7 tops without specials. Now their prerolls are $10 each, and that includes their "Rainbow Roll", which essentially a mixture of their leftover turd nug.
I live 2 miles away, but now willing to drive much further away to another place because of their decision to price gouge. Guys - you're getting enough clients - no need to fleece them. Very disappointed.

How come this dispensary only responds to positive reviews? I had a horrible experience and got no response. I have been buying from other HFL locations for awhile now and have never had a problem. I guess it really matters which location you go to as to the service you get. Smh.
Update your menu it’s been a week since the last time it was updated. Come on now there’s a pandemic going on people don’t want to go inside and wait to order you guys are dropping the ball.your not concerned for your patients health smh it’s health is in your name I’m disappointed

Don’t come here. They can’t answer the damn phone for a pick up order. I called for an hour straight and no one picked up. When they finally did pick up they told me they were totally out of what I wanted. I called early in the morning for that reason. This is a trash dispensary with trash customer Service. If you do express you’re still waiting at least 15 minutes. Stupid
Usually my go-to dispensary. Apparently for the new year they decided to remove the point system and replace it with a near identical one. This took away around $1,000 of points I was saving up and they told me that I was out of luck and would have to spend another 1k to get my points back. They’ve lost me as a customer.

$360+ an ounce is way too high. Emerald Palace has way better prices. It's worth the small trip if you save close to $100.

I am SO glad I checked these guys out again. Since last visit they've reduced donations considerably, they have umpteen strains of flower ranging from lower grade to fire. Their concentrate selection is ample as well as their edibles, rubs etc. I tried a variety of flower from the various grades, the white widow was listed as top grade, I would agree, it was killer. The others were all exceptional in quality and donation. For me this place will be my go to dispensary, I live in the far east valley and have one option for dispensaries, Health for Life is worth the 15 minute drive any day of the week! I highly recommend you check this place out, no disappointments here!

I came in here when the computers were down at the north location and I love here as much as I love there. the meds are always weighed out in front of me. every one is very kind and helpful. they're no joke. hope they stay around for a long time

I walked in last night at 6:45 and bought a half gram of CO2 shatter of the Taho OG. Asked if this was different then the other times and was assured the shatter had no moisture and it wasn't gonna pop on my nail and hit me in the damn face. LIED ya don't know what you've been dabbing but this was UNEXCEPTABLE. Even come close to your nail and it sizzles and pops bad and it's hot as hell so where goggles. I know they know the product is bad and laced with moisture but why loose thousands of dollars on a product just sell it to em. Thanks guys but I've bought many ounces of herb and at least 10 grams of concentrates and well you fell behind the power curve. The delivery service I go through sells super stable shatter for 40$ a gram nug run, tasty, smelly and NO POPPING. Usually only call him for an 8th or more so descided I would give you one more chance and well you FAILED.
They went online and changed Thursdays deal after I complained
.. It's supposed to be no discount on pre packed ounces and $65 half ounces... They now made it to no discounts on it at all.. Meanwhile the website says otherwise. This is the second time it has happened to me. Last time I go here

I have been coming here for 5 years!! My top pick to go anywhere....until now. I will be re thinking before I come here again. So disappointed!!!!! I came for flower, got home and realized the old gentlemen gave me the wrong one as I had just opened to smell it. I called and went all the way back to find out they wouldn't swap cuz I opened the bag. Thanks dude. You cost me a whole 1/8th because you couldn't make it right!!!! Disappointed!!! Sincerely Brea!!

First time here felt very welcome upon entering and they had me in within minutes. Rose was very helpful with showing me around and explained everything they had in stock as well as showing me the flower they had in stock. I picked up some Sugar Cookies which was top notch. Even gave me a free pre roll for my first visit. Would go back again.

Drove 25 minutes, waited in the lobby for 5 minutes before I was greeted and all they had was shake complete waste of time.
so they're not accepting online orders until 11:30 now? wow lol. pathetic. this place has no idea how to operate a dispensary.

great products the individual that was helping me was very nice but there were two female employees talking Extremely Loud about drama going on in their lives that is not something I want to hear about going to a place of business these employees should be managed a little bit better

the flower is OK. but the prices are insane. ...100+ for 1/4...40 for a half gram if oil? no way...to many places to with better product and pricing.

I've been here twice, probably won't return. Had the same tender both times and it just came off as if my questions annoyed him. Not impressed
