All 4 valley Health for Life locations carry a good variety of quality products with awesome specials that save me a lot of money. The staff is friendly and professional. I always shop H4L first when my medicinal stash runs low.
I love the customer service here. Both Jared's Tall and Short, lol, were very knowledgeable about their ability to Help me with my ailments. The customer service here is awesome! I enjoyed my first experience at a dispensary. The first three visits have BOGO goodies. 10/10 wpilould come again. I'm actually in the parking lot about to walk in again.
This place has gone down hill. I used to come here years ago but they’ve fallen into the business practice of bait and switch, advertising products for sale that suddenly don’t include what you chose when you get to the store. I believe these business practices to be illegal and I plan on reporting this business. I will no longer shop here and advise you all find a better dispensary near you, shouldn’t be hard.

Love this place except has got preety bad with customer service and beIN rude to people who come since they were open new staff and people who can be very rude to medical patients that have come since they open and deals beIN one day to not and having the deals at McDowell but not crimson thought they have same deals ? beIN same weed store ? But hope it gets better
It would be nice if there was consistency in what categories some of the products are. RSO gets changed from topical to concentrate to edible randomly and it varies from location to location. Consistency is vital!
Girls up front are always really happy and helpful. Today my pickup order wasnt ready so I had to go back to see a budtender. No big deal. “They” were super unfriendly, didnt say two words, not even a ‘thank you’ for the tip I left. Horrible energy and service for selling weed! Life is so miserable, huh dude?!
Be careful when you order online for here they’d like to substitute and not tell you. Every time I order Indica carts I get sativa carts and I don’t notice until I get home. They never have what they advertise for sale online in the store or for pick up used to be a great store kind of turn into a trashy POS.
