The buds are far from subpar.. Best blue dream I've had and blue deisel... If you work with them on what you want to spend and are looking for try will make it happen!

I stopped going here because the quality was going down. After some time I decided to give H4L another shot. They doubled down. I bought a “house” ounce, hands down the worst weed I’ve ever smoked. 0/10 would not recommend.

When I moved to San Tan Valley from Mesa I was so excited this dispensary was out this way. Then I started shopping there. Never have what I'm in there for. Two birthdays in a row you screwed me out of a free birthday joint that you advertise. The birthday before last you charged me for it. This last time you didn't have one and then still didn't have one a week later? Not to mention the fact that three other orders you screwed up on with me between overcharging and giving me the wrong product. Your dispensary is the most sad unreliable underpinnable excuse of a dispensary that I've ever seen. I love the one out on McDowell. But this one stinks big fat rotten Emu eggs!!!!!

Today the sense of urgency was not there. First guy I'm line was asking the girl checking in to go and get him additional product from the back instead of keeping with policy as stated on the wall that any additions to order need to see a budtender. He held up the line and other customers were getting upset also. Then she had to go get change which held everybody up even more. There were people in the lobby that went back and still left before will call people. In my opinion that is backwards. Will call should be in and out.

This is my second time placing an order at this dispensary and it got cancelled again. I called the number four times just to get a voicemail box that is full. I will just go to a real business that want my money and that can deliver great customer service experience .

Front staff is always very nice

Great experience and great deals! Only complaint is obvious, at least to me. There is no security guard outside or inside which worries me for whoever is in the lobby or behind the glass. There 100% should be a security guard there whether it’s a sow day or not!

Honestly I was loving my experience but then the budtender forgot to put the tax free discount on, so I left and then reazlied so I turned around. Had to wait 15 min to get my money back, the manager never said sorry or offer a free preroll or anything and I told them their deals on leafy were incorrect so I drove out here for the incorrect deal regardless.

I will start by saying that this is my go to dispensary. I have been here many times. It's about a 20 minute drive from home, they have good meds and reasonable prices. However, there have been issues on my last 4 visits. Yes, 4 in a row. It is starting to seem like maybe it is not a coincidence. First visit of the 4, the special of the day is "buy 3 cartridges, get one free." I'm charged for 4. Didn't really think about it until I got home and looked at the receipt. Didn't feel like driving back, chalked it up to a busy day. Second visit. Bought an eighth, paid cash, shorted $5 on my change. Third visit. Bought and paid for a quarter. Get home and open the bag, 3.6 grams. 4th visit, today. Price on the menu is $45+tax for an eighth. Charged $50+tax for an eighth. I know all of these cases could have been avoided by me paying more attention. But I don't go to a retail establishment expecting to be screwed every time. The lower prices on flower are nice, but not if you overcharge me or don't honor your advertised prices or don't give me what I paid for EVERY TIME. I don't want to believe that this is intentional. Maybe it is just a lack of training. Maybe the computer systems aren't set up to automatically honor posted prices and specials. Maybe they have a few dishonest employees. Maybe it really is just a strange coincidence. But whatever it is, is needs to be fixed.

Has the best staff in the valley hands down.. very knowledgeable and informative budtenders.. and by the way TRY THE GREEN CRACK

Staff is friendly. They have a good selection on edibles and the new price drop is cool but need to drop the price on edibles to.

To say I love this place would be an understatement. the knowledge of the tenders and the friendly atmosphere makes it almost like swinging by your friends house. I highly recommend people visit this dispensary. AND THE DISPOSABLE PEN IS A MUST TRY! smooth and discreet. I got one 2 weeks ago and it's still going.

I'll keep it short and simple. H4L has top-quality medicine, great staff, and a friendly atmosphere. I'm definitely coming back.
