this place sucks!!!! I spent over $1000 a month easily couldn't even exchange a $50 vape top because it had been one day past two!!!!! Aside from that, the points used to be awesome!! hints, the word used to be! The staff are really great people!!! I don't know if the company has become greedy or what but the point system is horrible. You don't earn shit anymore. they won't exchange anything either no matter how much you spend monthly. AS A MEDICAL PATIENT When it comes down to it, it really isn't medicine is how they treat you!!!! no real life, customer appreciation! I also feel like most of their reviews are paid for because a lot of us stoners were short on 10 bucks. I think now the reviews are going to be a lot more real.!

HFL has the best prices in town! They are the only dispo that lets you combine points and discounts, and they have great deals every day. The budtenders are always very friendly and helpful. I always recommend HFL to everyone!

Amazing

I visited the White Marsh location today to pick up my pre-order, everything was great. On my way out, a driver passing by me on the way to my car (not a patient, just some random woman - elderly), frantically asked me for help with directions because she was on the way to an appt - she was lost. She hands me her phone in this process through her window that was all the way down for me to set her up with directions, and I absentmindedly sat my bag from the dispensary down on the seat of the car (like a dumb***). Before I knew it she was gone and I realized she had my stuff. So I panic, and try to drive after her via the instructions I gave her. And no luck. Now, this is something that I definitely didn’t need to happen on an already bad day I was having. I am a patient here because of my anxiety. And now I just spent all this money, and am without what helps me with my symptoms - so you can imagine how I just want to cry and combust at the same time. When I went to back to the dispensary, I was assisted by KB - one of the managers there and I am blown away by the service and kindness she provided to me. I mean, every time I come here the staff is always so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. And KB has helped me before in my past visits.. but today I was really taken aback by the sympathy she had for me after hearing the situation and seeing the emotion. KB, THANK YOU for making a crap situation much better and for convincing me to not stop being a good samaritan haha, you’re an angel!!!

Went in and was greeted by Ramsey very welcoming i am very big on customer service and his was wonderful told me about all my discounts and even told me i could get alot of savings today needless to say it felt like it was my birthday lol thank you so much Ramsey, your overall attitude is great and the deals at health for life are always the best im sure everyone there is just as wonderful but i love working with lee and now ramsey my go to peeps at health for life stop in and see how great they are.

I was super anxious my first time in and they made it so easy, and helped me get what I needed to help calm my anxiety. They have a great rewards program which not all dispensaries have. Every time I've gone in since I've been in and out with minimal waiting. Thanks HFL!
