I just want to say I have been comhere for 3 years and I have spent some serious money. I DONT KNOW IF THEY GOT NEW Managers OR what .And I know a lot people don't give a ahit about what I think but I don't a shit what people think about me all I am saying is the deals and discounts you use to run worked the deals now I am sorry they suck and wirh thr rise of competition you guys are going to lose a lot of people I love the place the people they are great I fell like there like family could you bting back the deal buy one get 60 percent off or make some Thing up new that is the only downfall I have seen and the wait in the Drive through.but yes I know it is a Item a luxury item. And I pay for that extra luxury in order to save as much as possible and to be honest I would pay a little more if they put a despenser closer to me .I know I am nothing and what I say no one really cares anyway just wanted to get that off my mind .

Been going here for years only to find out multiple budtenders talk shit behind patients back and slander people painted me out to be a monster made sure i was never hired VICTORIA SAM AND ANDREA after I befriended them and confided in them only to find out I was a laughing stock and they are racist! FAKE PEOPLE SHITTY INVITORY ALSO. I WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH CORP TOMORROW!

Everybody pleasant as usual, and the wait is never very long

I shopped at the Whitemarsh Healrh for Life yesterday. The store is always clean and the budtenders are very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m always satisfied with the products that I receive and I would recommend this location to my friends and family. Definitely a 5 star review!!!!!

Yes, there is parking, however, during busy times the lot can be dicey: hard to navigate, especially if there is a long line for the drive-through. At those times, it would be good if their security personnel were to monitor the situation a bit more closely. Love the budtenders! It's fun to engage with them--they tend to be very personable and welcoming. Nobody beats the deals!

I did preorder on the 19th to avoid going inside , but I never got a notification to let me know when it was ready. I ended up going inside waiting for quite awhile. When I got in there the girl was coo, she rang everything up and it came to a different price and I was like wtf. But turns out it was a different price because I wasn’t medical in their system. So that’s a quick fix. But turns out since I was a first time medical patient I got $50 off. BOOP! So I was able to get an extra 7g of my fav Snoop OG. I walked out a happy customer.

I LOVE THE DRIVE THRU, THE DAILY DEALS & THAT YOU CAN PAY WITH CASH, OR CREDIT! Bud tenders are pretty cool & the wait maybe long sometimes, but beats having to go inside!

There has nevr been a time that they answer the phone!!.today I have been calling since 11:30 am, no answer. All day,literally every 15 minutes And still no answer and its 3:39 pm.! Can not speak to anyone nor can you even leave a message,hoping for at least a call back,if to busy to answer?? Who can u complain too??? its terrible!! the quality of all products is always on point, service is absolutely the best! ( except nobody will answer the phone)this is my only pev. About this place,seriously!!!,it's totally annoying 🙄. Why isn't the phone ever answered at this place???,im surprised you're not loosing good business operating as if no one is there!!! SMh!!!

I have been a medical patient for the past seven years and by far I’ve had the worst experience at this location. Never thought I would say that because it’s been my go to store since I’ve been a patient, but I’ve been calling them for the past five days trying to redeem a credit for a disposable vaporizer that was Defective and I’ve been getting nothing but the runaround I was told they would be out on the floor in a half an hour spoke with multiple people, including managers and it seems like I’m just a pawn in their game. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have literally called them every day since Wednesday today is Sunday And the menu has been updated multiple times with tons of new product but yet somehow the product I have a credit for seems to just be laying in a vault SMH totally ridiculous. I’ve spent over $50,000 shopping with them in the past seven years so looks like after this, I will be taking my Business elsewhere I’m done with this place was the best when all the old employees were there now it’s went to complete shit.

This dispensaries front desk person don't even look old enough to work there (blonde). He was rude. I am a customer with them since before tha pandemic. They refused me to use the restroom. I have diabetes from a medical accident plus I'm a diabetic. I will tell all my friends not to use them.
