I purchased a "Pro Farms" cartridge and it broke on me after 1 use. I came in to exchange the product and the "bud tenders" knew there have been issues with "Pro Farms" cartridges breaking. I've been out of town and as soon as I arrived came to exchange the cartridge. I arrived 2 days after the return window, but they would not make an exception. They lack customer service & retention as I will no longer be shopping at any Haven location due to the lack of customer satisfaction.

I really need to press the issue here that Sam needs a raise! Seriously, Sam, you are the best. Thanks for helping me with all of my needs 🙏
