Great customer service, hours and knowledge of products. I have been visiting this location since they opened and theyare always consistent.

I've been to as many recreational dispensaries just for fun. This is my favorite store. I don't know her name but the young blonde female that helps me is a GREAT budtender. She knows the products and can explain the affects in an articulate manner.

Layout actually makes sense. Strains are organized by type- and then by price. There isn't a budtender awkwardly staring at you while you browse. In fact, you basically just walk in and take a look around and THEN go place an order. Very casual and highly recommended.

I hv traveled and seen the rec dispensary industry do it well. This was my first experience of how NOT to do it. The only thing that works well here is the security guy at the door. After that experience...run!!!! The set up is trash. The weed is OK at best... The service is given with attitude and no knowledge of the product. Shall never return!

Conveniently located on MLK just off of I-5. Friendly staff. Bright showroom. Lots of options. I've been there lots, and I've been happy with everything I've bought there. Just be careful getting out of the parking lot if you're going back north on MLK.

I have been here 15 to 20 times. I have referred all my friends there. But today at 10:20am I was in your store and like I always do i walk to the counter tell the person behind it what I want and how much money I have. That had always worked in the past as your employees were super helpful. This time your one girl m behind the counter was having a conversation with a coworker and a client and she did not want to help me she just pointed me in a direction and what she pointed me to was a very low grade bud. I walked back over and said that stuff is low thc and I wanted high thc. So she said there was a bag in the cabinet that was twice as much as I wanted to spend which was 400 and I only I had when I questioned her on that she said that those were my choices. She didn't seem like she really wanted to help me. So instead of talking to the manager I put my drivers license back into my wallet and walked out. I rode right across the street to 3 kings told them what I was looking for and he brought 6 or 7 samples I could look at and ended up buying my stuff there because he was helpful. If you look at your cameras at about 10:20 am you will see a man with a red coat on and the girl I was talking to was right across from me. I will probably come back but my experience this time was very unpositive. I hope you can get this problem solved. Thank you for looking at my comments. M

Knowledgeable staff who are always ready to help answer questions and not belittle you for not knowing everything about the products.

It really depends who's working. Today I just left without purchasing because I couldn't get any help with product selection. Sadly I told them I'll go elsewhere. I easily spend $100 as a medial patient. I don't need special service I just wanted to take a look at the new cbd products that's all.

I love this place I swore I would never go to a rec shop until I found this place everyone is uber friendly and knowledgeable they are willing to walk you through all the products with selling you on anything... It is my go to and I would definitely recommend it!
