This is by far one of the best dispensaries in the area for selection, knowledgable staff, weekly specials, and a level of customer service which emulates that of a community coming together for healing. As a disabled person, they've been incredibly considerate and made recommendations while offering sage advice on how to use the medicine to the best of my benefit. I would recommend anyone wary of the experience to visit Have A Heart Cafe and feel safe, well taken care of, and most of all optimistic that the staff really does want to aid others in chronic pain...and all with a smile on their faces. (A nice bonus when you're used to being stared at for your disability.)

I really like this shop. The bud-tenders are very knowledgeable and always have great suggestions for different strains depending on what you're looking for. The only bummer is that there is no dedicated park and you usually have to park in the Fred Meyers parking lot.

VERY new to medical cannabis and the whole buying experience. Tyler was very knowledgeable about all the products available for purchase, was able to help me through the donation experience, and made sure I left with everything I needed! Will be coming back regularly!

Comfortable lounges are available to efface that experience. One should acknowledge that one key reason for this is the excellent level of dispensary service. In repeated visits, I have yet to feel hurried, or dissatisfied with customer service. Trusting and respectful staff; only at this Have a heart U district location. Cheers!

Heard a lot about this place and had to check it out on my own. The vibe is great going in, very lively. All the workers were very chill and informative. Had the chance to be shown around by Woody who knew his stuff. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and will be going back soon!

It is close to my work, everyone there is always friendly, and seem to be genuinely happy to be doing their job (who wouldn't be?). They are knowledgeable in their products, have recommended great flavors, or even the best deal for the best price and quality for when on a budget. I have gone other places where it feels sterile and a bit awkward and where the flower is over priced for the quality (even if it is good there is no reason someone should have to pay 20 for a gram of anything, that is like freshman in high school prices). Have a Heart does not take advantage of those who choose to partake by over charging, there are more expensive options for those who feel that the more they spend the better it has to be, but for those of us who have had medical, have grown, and know what to look for there is always something at a reasonable price, especially when compared to the market. From the security out front to the tenders and managers this place is very well run. Plus there hours are awesome. Have a Heart rocks

Without a doubt some of the best weed I have ever bought, especially for the price you pay. I personally dealt with Woody who was very friendly and interested in finding what I needed; as was everyone else who I met at this location. The dab bar is also superb!
