Have a Heart - Bothell

May have a heart, but they do not have a brain. No incentive to preorder (no discount, no preorder line), disorganized and slow service whether they’re busy or not, small cramped little room that’s way too crowded usually. Better options exist.

I was standing in line for the registers as the next one up. When the budtender notices the person behind me is an employee and helps her first. Sorely disappointed.

Budtender with the red beard was very helpful even though I was only buying a $5 preroll... will be back to spend more here for that alone!

This place has normally got some solid deals, and they carry some high quality regs for decent prices. I only buy their prerolls, but it never leaves me dissatisfied. The staff is extremely knowledgable about their products and could recommend you something for anything really. It’s the local shop homeboy!

I placed an online order on the day of their Stash Dash deal at 10am and it was confirmed at 1015am ready for pickup. I left special instructions to let the staff know that I would be in later to pick it up during the sale time. When I arrived at location around 930pm the line was out the door, literally. I waiting in line for an hour and finally made it to the counter. They informed me that they did NOT have the item I requested. I was furious. I had my high hopes shattered in seconds. They told me “we don’t see the order in our system”. Which is a lie because the order was already confirmed on their system and that’s how I received my text message saying ready for pickup. If they didn’t have the item I should of been made aware. They had all day to tell me before i made the trip. I drove from Lake City to Bothell and waited in line for an hour only to be lied to. Absolutely unacceptable. Someone took the item out and gave it to themselves or someone else; either way it affected me in a bad way. I walked out and bought nothing. I advise doing the same.

I stopped into this shop on Saturday because a coworker of mine recommended it. I was originally stopping in for a specific salve for pain relief. The budtender asked me if it was for pain and recommended the Flow gel from Fairwinds and I decided to try it and it's been working wonders! I've shared it with some friends and it's been helping them a lot too. Thanks for the wonderful recommendation. Super knowledgeable staff and I'll DEFINITELY be coming back here!

Just stopped in to pick up a dub that I ordered online. It was quick and efficient but there was nothing but good vibes coming from the back and that was awesome. Keep up the work.

This is absolutely my favorite pot shop. Everyone is super helpful, efficient, and friendly. A special shout-out to Becca! She has never steered me wrong, in fact, I'm heading back to get another joint she recommended, because it was perfect. She listened closely to what I wanted and effortlessly suggested the best thing. On top of it all she's super cute and sweet!!!

The staff is incredible here. Wish it was a little bigger so they could spread the selection out. It was difficult to figure out what I wanted because everyone was so close together.

I personally go to Have a Heart at any location but this one is closest to home. They were a great dispensary pre I-502 (ie legalization) in the U-Dist. Location. They were particularly noteworthy; typically selling the best of the best of the industry brands/products, always providing excellent customer service, best of all..again typically...were the best priced. #LoveAHeart”
