I always enjoy going to Hashstoria. They let me bring my dog in and sometimes have treats for her. I always find great strains. The budtenders at work there are always very friendly and helpful. They also know what I like now when they see me. They have a point system for every purchase which I think is a great incentive to keep coming in. They frequently have new products and specials. I probably spend too much money here, but it’s worth every penny.
UNMONITORED ONLINE ORDERS. I order online and have overlooked many pricing and quantity errors, not a complainer. However, when I order so frequently they can’t keep my orders straight and I receive a previous order instead of my *deal* I expect it to be made right. As a retail supervisor I have reached the end of my tolerance with this kind of customer service. I will be spending my money where my patronage is appreciated. Nectar mostly. Bye y’all.
