Very disappointed in the Medellin you carry. Nothing like what Royal Choice Farms used to grow. $50 for a squished nug pre pack that held seeds and was tasteless. Catch me at EH where the flower always comes correct and isn't overpriced because it's LeMoNnAdE/CoOkIeS overhyped prepackaged junk

I really hated going here for a few reasons. First of all the wait time and then when they did call me back i told them this was my first time they didn't believe me well anyways your first i thought you get a good deal. I spent 65$ on a 1/8. Of flower and 2 prerolls . and the 1/8 of headband was really really dry...like it turned in to dust when you brake it up.. Wasn't good at all the prices are way way over priced so if you want my advice stay away of this place. they try to rip you off and treat you like crap.
Place is always packed and horrible service. Take too long to even get your order ready. Stay away if I was you.

Didn't know that they charged taxes on their flowers, no one else has at all the dispenser I've been to. but other than that, I like it, friendly, very helpful. thanks
When I come here they are extremely compassionate. I am going through one of the MOST intense struggles with my PTSD that I have ever had (and that's saying alot for a 6 years diagnosis) and my anxiety is not helping. My housing situation and finances have been turbulent for a while and it has triggered some of the worst fight or flight symptoms such as muscle tension, TMJ, and extreme fear of being judged/pitied (mine is from abuse and that was a huge part of my cycle) and I'm always in there looking like a FRITGHTENED animal trying to find a place to run away from headlights. They haven't even made me feel weird about it they haven't asked why I never look into their eyes they don't ask why some days I want to chit chat and some days I can be viewed running back to my truck from their shop. They've all been great at dealing with my odd behavior and some even remember my name and make sure I get great care!! They have probably been the most compassionate of treating me like I am on a good day when I am in my darkest hour. I couldn't be more grateful. I can understand why my aunt chooses this as her "home" dispensary.

sitting outside for 20 minutes then walking in and seeing all the people that hadn't been to the back yet was rediculas. I don't care what dispo it is I'm not waiting an hour to be served. slow asses

1st time BUY Pineapple Fanta $150.
Good smoke and product! Went to BUY more. They were out.. I asked for something similar.
NEXT THE STAFF COULD NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS PROPERLY. SOLD ME CRAP THAT GIVES ME AN ADVERSE REACTION AND I HATE.
2nd BUY Tiny Slippers $150.= WHAT CRAP PRODUCT!I HAD TO PAY $150 FOR SMOKE I WOULD NOT TAKE IF IT WERE FREE. DISPENSARIES ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CONSUMERS AND IT IS ALLOWED.
THAT IS JUST WRONG FOR RECREATIONAL AND MEDICAL BUYERS.
HELL..NO STAND UP TO THESE PREDATORS AND MAKE A COMPLAINT TO THE STATE HEALTH MARIJUANA DEPARTMENT.

My wife and I both have cards and went to check this place out. They gave us our first patient specials, but we asked since we both have our cards if we could use one of ours and save the other for next time since we don't need to get loaded up stuff now. They said no we would have to use them today or lose them. Then as we're feeling forced to buy a bunch of extra crap they do a horrible job of explaining the special so we need to keep going back to look at choose thing s because you can't have this and you can't have that and that doesn't qualify for the special. That and the ridiculous pricing means I'll never come back here. You're literally selling the same thing everyone else is, like you somehow have access to some magical weed in AZ that no one else has

I don't know what you sent me but it is not good it says roll one it's looks like more of the color of the bag very bad with mold on the sides do you open the bag on the sizes clusters of mold old doesn't even smell smell spoiled I don't know what that guy sold me but it's not even in a clear through bag

I have been a medical patient since July 2020 and regularly visit Harvest. There are no words to describe the absolutely disrespectful and heinous treatment I received today. Never once have I walked away from a dispensary shaking and in tears because of how I was treated.
I went into Harvest today with an online order for 2 Select Elite Live Resin carts. The live resin carts are carts that I FREQUENTLY purchase and purchased specifically from Harvest due to their 25% off select Elite cart. I have taken advantage of this deal this month before with zero issues. Well, today was different. I was taken to check out and the deal did not apply. TRAVIS verified that the deal was still online and called the manager over to override the discount since he acknowledged it should be there.
This is when it got absolutely terrible. Damien(manager, supervisor, jerk) came over and instantly looked irritated. He proceed to rudely tell me I was not eligible for this deal due to it being the live resin. I began to explain to him after I left him finish speaking that I have used this deal before and he RUDELY interrupts me to tell me the deal changed. I asked him to verify when it changed because the website shows 8/29/21 it started. He proceeds to over and over again tell me I am wrong and that he will not honor the deal. I proceed to show him the deal on my phone and how if you click “shop these deals” it pulls up the live resin carts. He proceeds to say over and over again “that’s fine. I’m not overriding it.” This dude was so absolutely terrible to me so then he leaves and Travis tells me that I can get the deal on the other carts but if I want to PICK the carts I had to get back in line with all the walk ins. It’s 8pm at night, I AM A MEDICAL PATIENT who needed her medicine with no choice but to purchase what was picked out for me after a manager couldn’t acknowledge the business they represents mistake. I proceed to point out that not honor the deal they very clearly have posted is ILLEGAL.
Damien then proceed to try and “fact check” my claim of receiving the deals before and went through everyone one of my purchases for the month of September. When he found the purchase he acknowledges I got the deal the last time but still wouldn’t correct even though your advertisement clearly stated
This entire experience could of been avoided if Damien took a step back to acknowledge what I was saying and committed to finding a solution together like anyone else in customer service/management would do.
I’ve been coming to Harvest for awhile and every few days I am in there spending hundreds of dollars. I rode through the long lines, inconsistent products and all the grumpy staff every single time but being treated like absolute crap is a no for me. Travis even acknowledge that this is not how you should treat “valued customers.”
Lastly, I do plan to escalate this wherever I can. BBB, attorney general, or wherever. Not honoring a promotion you have listed is illegal. I don’t want to be that person, but the way that I was treated this evening I feel like this needs to be reported so no one ever has to deal with harvest crappy managers like I did again.
Attached are the receipts Damien pulled when trying to “prove me wrong.”which clearly shows the deal applied the last time anyways.
As well as the deal and the options that pull up when you click “shop this deal.”
I am not sure harvest can ever earn my business back.

vet with epilepsy patient who takes the bus .. HARVEST. told me no to my order 4 separate times becaúse ím a med patient and some flower wasn't tested , but yet they put it on the med menu, also they sell mixed strains without posting they're mixed .. çausing me to get on the bus for no reason,... NEVER AGAIN..., F harvest
Staff was awesome very nice but the wait time is insane I understand the covid but bags are sitting there and the customer is right there and they are walking around talking to each other we want to go in an out standing around for 45 min is not safe at all . It would be awesome if they had some deals on the top tier I buy alot between me and my husband. But overall I love this place they just need some work , cant wait for the first drive thru dispensary for us who order online😉

The only reason I come here is for Cookies however recently they only have there usual bunk flower or over priced decent flower you can get everywhere else for 35.00 with tax included. Wait is super long, Staff is rude. I hope Cookies partners with other shops. Customer Service is Horrible.
