the $65 1/8 is a rip off...i could find better quality reggie for $60 a zip
Well first i placed my order online im patiently waiting .... than a hour goes by. i figured they must be busy. And i didnt get the email . so i said f it i walked inside to be told that my order was ready for almost a hour already by a staff smh. than i leave and get the email about my experience. This place needs to get it there shit together!!!
Even when I place a pick up order and get the message it is ready I still wait longer than people coming in after me. never fast. Always a 30 plus minute wait.

Very long wait times for on line order. Store Manager Heidi is extremly rude with no customer skills and addresses her staff demeaning. waited 2.5 hours for order to be told they were sold out. Tried to place another order as substitute and until then staff catches up they wont take more. Phone hangs up with no options. My very least favorite dispensary, pricey, out of stock and Manager degrading staff in front of customers. No way will I return here and will NOT recommend them. Save yourself a headache and frustration and go elsewhere.
Disabled vet been a patron here in Tucson over a year I have overlooked a few incidents because of the quality however some incidents will not be tolerated my HIPAA rights have been violated I was told to leave because of another recreational patients unruly dog I have a certified therapy pet was told to leave then my information was given to security because security attacks me after having surgery told me I couldn't Park in the handicap parking spot I am also oxygen dependent I am disappointed that the Tucson site has become more recreational that medical my rights have been violated and nothing has been done about it I have filed complaints and no one has responded I have recommended Harvest to Veterans Nationwide I will no longer do that and I will let veterans Nationwide know the treatment I received here in Tucson

I used to come here, and was considering returning here with my medical needs. However, I saw the prepacked quarters priced at $100 each, and immediately crossed this place off of my list if options. The people who set the prices here are absolutely out if their minds with greed, and don't deserve to be rewarded for ripping sick people off with obscene price hikes like this. HARVEST IS A STAIN ON THE MEDICAL MARIJUANA COMMUNITY, AND THEY NEED TO GO AWAY. THEY ARE THE WALMART OF "DISPENSARIES" AS FAR AS QUALITY GOES, BUT THEY PRICE THINGS LIKE A BUNCH OF ARISTOCRATS.
It takes forever! Even after placing an online order and getting the text "your orders ready" the order is never ready. I shop here all the time and the customer service is a hit or miss.
Place a online order, no worries still make you wait 30 minutes just to get it. Ridiculous this place just doesn’t care

I had to hire a Lyft from Drexel Heights to come out on a Monday in order to benefit from the New Patient Special in which I could buy one get one free, up to any three items.
I came in with the intention of buying a Biomed 500mg 1:1, two 1/8 of the $17 flower, and edibles.
There was no Biomed 1:1 available, at all, and there was an attempt up-sell me for a smaller vial. When I inquired as to it's potential availability, I was told that there might be some on Thursday, maybe, but, of course, I wouldn't be a new patient anymore, then.
My backup plan, for the 1:1 not being eligible for the bogo, was to purchase Peppermint Select CBD 1000mg, as they are on sale this month as buy one get one free, as well. They only had Lavender and Unflavored, no Peppermint. Again, with the potential of more stock coming, but no certainty. I am frustrated that they are out of something they should have anticipated selling well. It is two weeks until the end of the sale and that's poor planning.
In addition to my original plan of tincture as one of the three items, my intention was to get two 1/8 of $17 flower. They did not have an Indica option at all, so I opted for the Hybrid (Bruce Banner) I was advised that I could not use two of my purchases for flower, that each of the three had to be from different categories.
I assume most people budget their intended purchase amount?
Plan their purchase so they can get what they need and go home?
How? Not at Harvest of Tucson.
I had to completely re-work my budget.
I intended to buy:
1 bogo 1:1 (New Patient)
2 bogo 1/8 (New Patient)
1 bogo flourish smore (sale)
1 bogo flourish pb cookie (sale)
1 bogo flourish mons'toned (sale)
1 bogo flourish pb pocket (sale)
I ended up leaving with
1 bogo GRAM (New Patient)
1 bogo Sublime pb cup (New Patient)
1 bogo Select cbd (sale)
1 bogo smore (sale)
1 bogo mons'toned (sale)
As you can see, I did not get to take full advantage of my new patient special, and spent enough to justify my dissatisfaction.
The Mons'toned was listed at $20 but rang up at $21 (before tax) and was corrected before money changed hands. The smore was listed at $8 but rang up at $13 and had to be over-ridden.
How do these guys even stay in business?
The manager was completely aloof and I was terribly disappointed. The female tender trying to assist me was very kind but really seemed to be in a state of "my hands are tied" with regard to the manager being so indifferent.
I will NOT be returning under any circumstances and will discourage others from shopping here.

Horrible wait time, placed an online order on Leafly and I was told I was next. I saw 3 patients that didn’t have online orders get attended first. The receptionist needs to get it together. A different patient complained about the same thing right before leaving out of frustration. I did the same.
Probably the worst dispensary in Arizona. Overcharge more than the vendors MSRP get called out for it and offer no compensation. Budtenders are super ignorant when it comes to any thing cannabis related, they just standing around opening up concentrates they wanna buy later and smelling them, then putting them back on the shelf.They sell trim for $60 an oz, don’t honor referral credits. If it wasn’t for all the excellent 3rd party vendors that offer meds here I don’t think this place would exist.

Harvest does not even want to play by their own rules so until they straighten me out they won't get another dime from me or any of my friends I promise
you need to not fight with the customer and get your facts right this is not ok and will not be returning ...... managers want to match wits not take care of you cause she can't do phone orders....... wow I wish I could upload the Leafly message
No masks on anyone, at the height of the Covid19 spike in AZ? No thanks. People with actual medical conditions should go somewhere where their medical needs are taken seriously.
Garbage! I’m the only one in the waiting room and have been for 15 minutes.
Needs to be faster, I have to plan on being at harvest between 45-50 mins

Online order is so pointless! The check in lady at the front desk was rude and had attitude like she was rolling her eyes to other patients and didn’t even care to explain when I asked her few questions. To the management, please be wise enough to choose an employee/s to work in the front desk. An employee with “people skills” or someone who knows how to communicate and interact nicely.
This place has the most petty, anti-customer policies I have ever witnessed. Anywhere.
Been going here about 2 years and recently decided NEVER AGAIN.
From my first visit, there always seemed to be an irate/complaining customer haunting the place. I was always wondering why...and NOW I GET IT.
I was asked to come back and make *another* purchase to receive a birthday freebie that they forgot to include in my order.
Against all sense and logic, I did go back, and that visit made it officially my last one:
I showed up 15 minutes after opening(to avoid waiting the usual half hour for my online order) and stillllllll ended up waiting about 20 minutes. One other customer, guys! I ordered online. One item. Oh my dang, seriously??
When my order comes out, I had to yell at the employee's back to remember my birthday freebie because she would not look at me. I then got my bag literally tossed at me(!!!!!) and was shortchanged about $5.00 to boot.
Seriously awful across the map. I'm telling everyone yo. Harvest just sucks at life.

disorganized and very unprofessional. you have to check in and still wait in line when it says order is ready for pickup.
Placed a order online when they opened. Harvest confirms the order within minutes. 45 minutes later i text and ask if my order is ready I get no response. About an hour later I get a text that there sold out. What a bunch of BS..Grow science and prime leaf here i come. Wont be shopping at harvest any longer!

Waited over an hour for an online order, items were left out of my bag and I had to go back and spend 30 more minuets before they realized it was there mistake. They help customers based on their preference, I had several online and walk in orders get helped ahead of me. There staff that greets customers are rude and should probably have formal training in customer service. The only reason I will go back is because of the Happy hour special, when that’s over I doubt I’ll go back,
Totally dysfunctional operations. This my 5th time and 3rd bad experience. I ordered online through my leafly account and the room full i thought not so bad. If I wouldn't of mentioned my order i think I would of been less than an hr but maybe not. They said my processed was ready 1hr before I got there and they texted me telling me they were out of stock of something so i changed my order to be left with 2 kinds i didn't order. Tho it is good. Their service over other places like SAINTS isn't even comparable on a number scale. Thats the last experience i plan on having no matter how good the deal. They let friends in first choose the order of the customers not first come first serve and have never gotten a leafly order correct as well as waiting 5 min alone while they tracked down my medical card.
