Why did they change the procedure for online orders? It is no longer a convineince to the guest as only 1 cashier is taking the many online orders while 3-5 cashier's are taking the in patient walk-in orders which are way longer to fill as they haven't selected there items as online orders already have as the txt saying the order is ready. This is the 2nd time I'd of been more convenient just to wait in the supposed to be long line than trying to take this fast pass online order. I got into building before 2 patients who were called back before me and left with product before me . That isn't right I don't mind waiting my turn! But when you see someone who comes in after you and didn't have an online order leave before you even get called something is wrong.. love the employees system needs changing.

I am extremely comfortable at this place. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The order I placed on Leafly was ready in less than 10 mins and so easy to pickup.

jalopenobreath needs to learn to spell and stop being so cheap but this is tucson so it is to be expected. best spot in town. Royal farms is amazing and harvest strains are good too! prefer them over sunday goods for sure, and downtown flower is mostly show if you dont know what you're looking for. Dream steam and P.o.m. distiallte syringes are way better than timeless plus the you get a free one after buying 9 with the app. yea it says 10 but it starts you with a free one. A point system that's better than anyone in town $1 for ever 25 points and 1 point for every dollar spent. and they carry Dutchies. I was worried spending 44+ bucks on pre rolls especially when it only comes with 3gs but I never finished a whole joint of the grandaddy purp in one sitting so they are deffiantly worth it. and a lot of complaints of wait time but not once have I waited as long as I have at most of these places, especially peak time. Now for the wax. I share the same problem with that other guy but I learned if you want shatter and what not, and this goes for anywhere, just ask what strains are currently stable. they will know and give your a product you will be happy with. My other favorite is Green halo and earth healing north in town if someone is looking for a similar level of quality.

Great store and service

Love this shop & staff is great!! But their use of Leafly is confusing and not great (don’t know if it’s on them or on Leafly, doesn’t really matter). Prices and deals in store sometimes don’t match Leafly website. Also, when I’ve pre-ordered, I’ve had to wait longer than i would without the pre-order. I can see that my order is being assembled, in contradiction to the texts received hour prior saying it’s ready. Just go in and talk to real people, they’re great. Avoid the online runaround.

I like that they carry so many brands of prepack flower. This is the only place in Tucson to get Cookies brand and the vibe inside is great. However, I hate their intake system. I always have to wait to go in the back even for a preorder. I think this is inefficient and slow when they could be checking people out in the front. Also the name brand flower is overpriced. Some other dispensaries carry the same products for less. That said this place is always a last resort for me.

I go here once in a while and usually everything’s good. But this pre-roll “Animal Candy” tasted so terrible. As if someone crumbled a bunch of leaves together and kept the bud. But now I realize the batch date was labeled 01/01/21 I realize now I should be checking that from now on

I dislike that I order online at night it says there's product because it let's me order it, to wake up to it being canceled, because they don't have product they advertise on their online menu. then totally rude phone service, when asked why the false advertise.

Although they have great sales, the place is super ghetto and far from disabled/medical patient friendly. There is exactly one handicapped parking space and it's supposed to accomodate a wheelchair equipped van but it's so tightly crammed into the parking lot that the wheelchair unloading area is restricted by cones for the door person. I have nearly been trampled by rec users piling out the door with no concern for a fragile cancer patient trying to walk in and neither the front door person or security ever bother to say anything. My order has never ONCE been correct. I've always had to have them fix it because they have pulled the wrong product for my online order which prolongs my visit in their store filled with unmasked people even longer. I'm going through chemo so this is a legit concern. The music is played so loud the cashier can never hear me nor I them and yelling while sick and weak isn't exactly something I can do. If you're a medical patient and have a cancer or a significant disability, you'll want to avoid this place. They cater to rec users that don't give a crap about knocking you out of the way and store personnel aren't going to help you with that.

Been here a few times and had great service, and the variety of flower is amazing, nothing to mention the edibles!!! Definitely keeps up with the competition in town. I think it’s the best place to get flower in town, and with tier drop Tuesdays, it’s fantastic!!
