They only have 1 CBD strain and sometimes they don’t have any. They are missing the point of ‘medical’ marijuana.

I love this location for several good reasons. Customer service is amazing, smiling faces ready to help answer questions or just get. What you want.

Placed an online order 2 hours later no response, went to the store nothing was ready and they wanted me to wait in regular line.

I'm a first timer to this location. I'm in a wheelchair and a young black man was very accommodating to me. Lines were not bad. I was not happy with my budtender though she was hurried making several mistakes and her attitude toward me was snooty. Probably won't be back. I live up north in cottonwood and their awesome and have a lot of fun. Love em

Never order online. They’ll just give you whatever they have and not give you what you ordered. I ordered some shatter 80% and got it swapped with 65%thc. Not the first time this has happened too

The lines are way to long

Staff and atmosphere were awesome. However, I had an online order and it was my birthday the day before and I had notified the from desk staff when arriving that I would like the birthday edible included and was assured it would be included. My electronic card on my phone had to be scanned multiple times and re-entered (which is okay) however after receiving my order and getting home, I opened my sealed online order and reviewed the face down receipt to see a birthday edible was not included. Service was rated a one due to failure to provide service and relying on the customer to maintain and track was was being included in the order.

They run specials but typically run out in the 1st hour. So if you can’t make it in when they open don’t expect to get any of their deals.

Terrible management. The budtenders and managers don’t communicate at all. So you will waste about 15 extra minutes in the lobby. Then a medical patient will walk in and it does not matter how many people were there. Then budtenders waste your time prying for a tip on an already over priced product. Zero stars for this place. Wont be coming back.

Make them double check your online order. I ordered six prerolls, The budtender confirmed the strain verbally. When I got home, what I had was not even close to what I ordered. Also, a couple of orders back, they shorted me a preroll, although I went back and they made it right.

Nice shop. Wide range of selection for products, I was able to pick up CBD flower, tasty edibles and top shelf flower all in one place. Owner/manager which was a pretty blonde was very educated and honest. I like the way patients can walk around on their own like a retail store would be. Will be returning!

I have visited multiple dispensaries in the valley and Harvest of Scottsdale has to be my favorite by far. I have been there 5 times now and the service, atmosphere, and quality of the products are always consistent. JT has phenomenal recommendations for me and has been very helpful in educating me on the different types of concentrates. One of the products I got is called a Dab Cap, this thing is amazing! It allows me to take dabs from my vape cartridge. I use it with the Delta 8 and get such a smooth hit. It also helps reduce the coughing. Simple to use and great if you don't want to use loose concentrates. Polite, professional, clean, and well organized. As long as I live nearby this will always be the place I go to get meds. Oh and great daily sales.

I'm very impressed by every staff member I came in contact with. Very friendly. I liked the quality of all my selections and prices were pretty good too.

Wow! From being greeted at the front door to cashier felt like they were happy to assist you. Chris my budtender so helpful so knowledgeable and so generous! I was a 1st time customer she set me up! The prices were great selection really nice. Plus you get to touch and smell! Definitely will be back!

Quality is great service usually is great. Hasn’t adjusted to covid 19 in a good way yet.. but hopefully they will figure it out.

I ordered 4 Item 9 pods the night before and two of them there promised my order would be there. It wasn't. No biggy because they weren't out so they had two kinds left so I got two of each but the Bruce Banner ones had a giant air bubble on one side which come to find out they are both actually duds. They were fairly nice about it but said they are all weighed but I've had some bad luck on the sizes of mostly cartridges. I don't believe they are all a 1/2 gram. All I know is the Bruce Banner pods are duds so don't buy any unless you want to get shorted. I don't know if it's worth the long drive there after that ordeal,
