It’s a bit “clinical” as far as atmosphere is concerned, but the service there makes up for that big time! My only gripe is that they’re not closer lol. If you visit the Harvest, try the Joliet Jake sugar. You’re welcome. 😉

Great staff, informative and professional.

More expensive which is odd considering they’re not the only ones around. They barely ever have any cartridges or flower - and no it’s not because they have so many customers. Every time I go I have to wait a while and no one else is ever even there..

First time cannabis user, I was nervous about going my first time . I was greet by Collin at Registration who was super friendly and talked me through what I needed to do. In addition he said I can qualify for a discount on Tuesday’s because I am a healthcare provider. It was extremely nice to hear Veterans receive this opportunity as well . Next I was greeted by Nick who helped me with my order . He was very informative about products that could be beneficial to me after actively listening to my medical needs . I was so appreciative of the time and great customer service I received. Truly the Lancaster Ave dispensary staff were all nice , atmosphere quiet and clean . I highly recommend!

Vibrant is a great way to describe your this dispensary! Friendly, knowledgeable staff were indispensable in helping me navigate my 1st & 2nd visits. Thorough info on available products & strains. Even with no clear idea of what to get that 1st time, I was in & out in 5 or 6 minutes; highly satisfied!!! I would recommend this staff & location to anyone. AAA+++

I've been to this location twice. I felt the people were pleasant, the selection was good. The prices were Just okay though. I didn't see anything here that was cheaper than anywhere else. They weren't more expensive, just didn't have any deals when I visited.

Since rec was legalized I have called beforehand, was told the product I needed would be In store, drove half an hour to get it for it not to be there. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing not to get the products I need as a medical patient as they’ve wasted my time, gas, and money at this point.

The menu makes no sense. Everything seats either .5 grams or 1 gram, even the 1/4 gram disposable pens??

This is the most expensive of the retailers. They barely offer any type of discount. Other places have much better deals.
