Harvest - Phoenix North Mountain

The staff is super friendly and the place looks really nice inside but the flower I purchased was low quality. I have had my med card for a while now and as flower prices have risen at most shops I regularly shopped from, I figured I would try somewhere new. Went to Harvest and took advantage of the BOGO 1/8th for new med customers. Got 2 eighths of their "platinum" tier flower that is most expensive. Both of the eighth's were extremely dry, had a lot of leaves, and had a lot of bulky unnecessary stems left attached to the bud. Since it was do dry, the taste was pretty harsh. The buzz was mediocre at best but there is much better out there for the same price. I would look somewhere else, normally I give businesses more than one chance but the fact that both eights were like that I won't be back.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They absolutely are the worst. Terrible customer service.

I got a 8th of cookie burn you guys are usually very good about the quality of the weed but this time when I tried to break it down it turned to powder. Is there some other way for you to keep your weed fresh? If so I hope you start to implement it. Thank you !!

Good products ..but staff today on 3/1/22..was really rude..I was the only medical..and they where like only that rec.. and there was like 9 other people inside ..

Went here and bought a Cookies pancakes pre roll. got all the way home, opened it up. it was completely empty. not even a speck of weed in the container. and of course it was 9:50 and there phone would just go straight to voicemail with a mailbox that was full. Love it.

I really love this location. Not only is it just right down the street from my house (which is a huge bonus) but, there is usually pretty much no wait time and the people that work here are amazing. Everytime I come in I always have questions and they never make me feel like I'm a bother or stupid. Seriously, some of the most humble and helpful people I've had the pleasure of dealing with at a dispensary. Since we've been coming to HOC Peoria we haven't gone to any other dispensaries, the prices are well worth the visit to a dispensary with an amazing staff and atmosphere.

The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable.They helped me alot finding different products to manage chronic pain, I feel a TON of relief. Very clean, nicely displayed products, usually pretty quick to get in and out.

Went thru leafy to order and when I got there was told the bogo was no longer available even though leafy app showed the discount. They would not honor it. Very poor customer service.

I love this bigger new location! The staff are always friendly and helpful here. They take time to make sure the patient leaves with exactly what they wanted. The selection and price are second to none.

Harvest on Peoria is tight af. my entire experience there was great. The two beautiful women who check me in were very informative patient and polite. I have more finances tomorrow and was only buying a rainbow preroll for $3.50 so I didn't want to use my FTP they set it up so I use it next time when I'm purchasing a Aeriz 8th which is very cool and the fact your a FTP after you renew your card which is also very cool. when I got to the back Taylor helped me out. His customer alone is a reason to come back. I really liked Harvest on Peoria and I moved close to there I'm sure they'll be sick of me soon.

Definitely one of the worst dispensaries in the Phoenix area. They often advertise stock on their website that they don’t actually have, and cannot fulfill a pre-order. The problem is they don’t tell you this. They just simply don’t fill the order. Don’t waste your time. There are many better dispensaries out there. I’m afraid the corporate greed mongers have taken over. Google Harvest Dispensary and you’ll see exactly what I mean.
