Really good in house service today. My prior visits were during lockdown so I never was able to browse the showroom. Nice welcoming space. I picked up Leafly order and browsed a bit. Looking for a little bong but didn’t see many choices. Flower people like funky smoking toys. Have a few more. GREAT customer service today. We were talking about Mimosa and she said it just came in! Yeah! I was able to get some of that too!

I really appreciate they made it right for me when i had an issue the last time. Wonderful customer care and service. I gave it another shot and was very happy. Thank you for making it right ❤

Love the environment of this store even with the COVID19 precautions. Always happy with product and advice given on what will work for my needs. I would suggest that they make a point to note senior discounts in patients profiles because I forget to mention it sometimes and end up payIng full price. Other than that I’m happy with the store.

Covid has nothing on this place. I guess I’m lucky but every time I go there is never a line. Fast service and with a friendly smile. A place that makes you feel welcomed and happy that you are spending your money there. Unlike other places I’ve been. I have two other places closer, but I make it a point to shop here. Thank you for a great staff and selection.

Budtenders are super friendly. They also don’t push certain product, just to moveProduct out. They’ll suggest what fits your needs.

I've been to this place 15 times now. Its a solid dispensary. Nice waiting room with bathrooms, im always in and out in 5 minutes. Pick up orders are fulfilled within minutes. Anytime there's been anything wrong with my order they've always hooked it up with some discounts. I forget his name, but the big guy there always takes care of everything I need with a smile and quickly. I've never once felt upsold or swayed to any one product. they seem to be taking covid seriously as well, their employees all had masks and gloves. Good on them!

Love the product and staff are nice. Pricing is great and usually no waiting. BUT...They no longer take leafly orders online? I was able to get what I wanted but I also got notifications from leafly saying order was being processed?

This is a very good place to come to for great medicine. The staff/budtender's are very knowledgeable and the service is great. The dispensary itself was clean and orderly and I will definitely be coming back. Thanks! 🇺🇸✌️

Just moved to the area and wasn’t happy about leaving my previous store behind. Found out this place was close and put in a order. Immediately received confirmation text of the order, shortly after another text confirming and said they will text when order is ready for pickup. Nothing from them until the next day canceling my order without explanation. Horrible first impression. Left waiting.

usually pretty fast .I'm glad that everyone has the opportunity to buy their medicine now not just the select few who can afford the 300 dollar privilege card.

I was happy to get Jacob as my budtender this last visit. Great experience and he is patient and knowledgeable on his product! I bought 5 different flower products and 3 were awesome, 2 not so much ! I will stick with Alienlabs, Connected and Red22 !!! The entire staff was cordial and I just deal with the parking . ziggy

Absolutely horrible they never have it together they have overcharged me they have put the wrong items in my bag they have forgot items to where I had to return back to the store and the lady that called we had a really bad attitude about it when they were the ones that forgot it And just the last time I was in there I waited in line for 20 minutes with only four other people there and I have never even done that on a busy Saturday they took three other recreational patients before me so they were even medical or had a late orders they just decided not to take the next in line and when I called to ask about why that was the lady had a very nasty attitude with me and a couple of the workers there just have really bad attitudes and you feel really judged and I’ve had enough issues there time after time I won’t be returning

Great warehouse like feel like Total Wine (Bottle King if your from Jersey) which is great on days when there is a BOGO or some other special - just adds to the whole “We sell a lot” or “we move a lot of product” Today they messed up my order which was strange. I will forget about it given the unusually exceptional service - despite the turnover in budtenders. If they gave you a reason to walk or bike (i.e. outdoor food cafe with seating and bicycle/dog friendly) that would be very, very nice. It’s not in keeping with the warehouse theme, but it would help with traffic. (And might give the vendors who come on site a chance to mingle a bit. ) - Yes, accommodations for heat/summer like free ice water, but at least you could try it during the fall/winter/spring and see if it works.

I feel very fortunate after reading all of the bad reviews this location has, that my experience was good! I used my FTP deal and walked out with an oz of flower for $60 before tax and tip! I'm actually pretty shocked how good it is. Popcorn buds but pretty sticky and over 22% thc so.....thanks guys! I'll be back:)

Bought two cartridges on the promise that I could use my c battery. Upon coming home found out I have to get a special battery that not only do you not carry at this time but no does anyone else. So glad I wasted my money on useless cartridges.

This dispensary was once one of my favorites back when they had daily deals or when it had happy hour , now it’s to expensive for some for regular bud . I’m most likely never going back unless it changes but I recommend you do the same
