As a first time patient I received a 20% discount and their Veterans discount is 20%. The staff was very helpful in finding a tincture to help me sleep through the night. Very clean and friendly.

Super friendly staff!! Got a nice cheerful greeting today by a very happy, jovial man working the front desk. He made my visit very pleasant. Most of the staff is very knowledgeable about product, side effect, expected results, etc. There is 1 man that I've dealt with who wasn't very helpful. Sweet kid but not very knowledgeable about flower and he sent me on my way w the wrong product. Upset me because the strain I thought I was buying hasn't been available since then. Again, nice kid but shouldn't be working the floor if nervous or unsure about what he's selling. Other than that 1 mix up every other trip to Harvest was worth the drive. Prices are reasonable and the selection is always large w a great variety of options. I recommend Harvest to anyone looking in Scranton for a dispensary. 💚

This dispensary is my favorite because it's very clean, the staff treat you with kindness and respect. They explain each product and make it easier to use them. I well continue to shop here in the future.

The staff is not very well educated about what is available and they don't have as much of a selection as other dispensaries. Asked for a pod as in the new vape pods that the other places have and was given a vape cartridge! This is not a vape pod.. Have they not even heard of the new pods that you need the battery for and they are short and fat and look nothing like a vape cartridge. If I had wanted a vape cartridge I would have asked for one but I trusted the worker to know the correct terminology and be educated on new products. Now I am out my money and very pissed. I thought it was odd when she said I will only need a USB charger but I thought she knows more than I do.. Apparently she does not! Not happy!!!

The staff is friendly and efficient, even during the Corona virus. They'll usually get you in and out in less than 5 minutes. Their menu is huge, and have always had flower when I've tried to order. 10/10 will go again.

Outstanding customer service. There base knowledge is outstanding in regards to the different strains. I tell them my medical problems and they always have the right strain.

I started going to Harvest not too long ago, and they truly are Scranton's best kept secret. Harvest has relationships with vendors that no other dispensary in Scranton has, and they are always flush with product. Everyone has been incredibly kind and helpful, particularly during the pandemic. I have found it incredibly easy to pick up my medicine during this time. If this is how Harvest operates now, then I can't wait to truly experience this place when everything goes back to normal. **Make sure to have both your ID and your Patient ID on your person when you visit!**
