The system allowed an order to be submitted and confirmed, upon arrival at the dispensary I was informed that it wasn't available...really? I don't expect a response, because the manager on duty was NOT helpful. I will NOT recommend this establishment to anybody, absolutely DO NOT support this establishment
Summus sunday is ok, but I'll stick to going elsewhere.
Having my name (as a med patient) being yelled across the room to find my order wasn't great, but at least it wasn't super busy.
Asked for rosin edibles, got select x-bites with no QR code to see test results. Found other test results from tucson's dispo, and with some digging, it's just distillate oil with botanical terpenes added back in. I guess they didn't know about the products they sell, or they're a victim to AZ marketing.
Not a great first experience. I was hoping for better from a smaller dispo.

Just stopped in for my first visit and they more than exceeded my expectations. Their first time buyer gift is the best I have ever seen. Their house flower is by far the most quality I have found out here (just moved from MI where the game is hard to beat, didn’t realize how good MI had it). But, I definitely just found my new spot - and it happens to be one of the closest stores to me. Thanks for taking such good care of me - everyone I talked to were incredibly friendly. I will absolutely be back!

I am sadly disappointed. I was missing a bag of gummies, charged for it since they were bogo and I only received 5 in my order. I ordered a total of 8 pre rolls and only received 6. I thought the only issue was choosing a different flavor disposable since the one I wanted could not be scanned in the system.

Hana has a great friendly staff, the staff's knowledge of their product is impressive! I would recommend this dispensary to EVERYONE! They always have MULTIPLE strains of Dutchie pre rolls on hand!.

I love this dispo. Environment, or vibe as they say now is chill but very professional. It is close by, so that is nice. They don’t do the crazy specials that others do, but always a good value and worth the trip. I bought a gram of badder, and a gram of bud. I’m looking for a new daily smoke bud and bought a gram of black banana. I don’t know if most commercial growers don’t flush their plants or don’t do a full cure. Gets you stoned but ash is mostly black and tastes like burnt chemicals. But that is a sad trend I am finding all over.
The bud tender added to my order I will pay more attention.
Went in today to use a coupon I was sent, clearly doesn’t say anything about it not being stackable. But the budtender refused to let me redeem the coupon and honor the sale price. I guess it’s at each budtender a discretion if they want to let the customer use their coupons. I won’t be returning.

For the 2nd anniversary deals, looks like the working ones lose out on the first 100 customer deals. Maybe something for us blue collar workers too??? Would be nice since lot of us are at work before you open. Keep up the good work.

Placed an order for pick up and it got confirmed but I never got a text to pick it up. I messaged and never got an answer as well as called and no one picked up? Probably not going to walk in or place another pick up since my business is no good here
I come here routinely. I placed two separate orders in order to make sure the deals I was using were fully taken advantage of. When I arrived they decided to group my orders together which ended up adding $16 to my total, before tax. I brought it to their attention and the tender said “that just how we do it, we group it together” I don’t see anywhere it says you can’t place two separate orders to maximize the deals offered. It wasn’t over my allowed limit and I feel taken advantage of. On top of that, I was not offered to use any of my accumulated points.
I like everything but the male workers, they purposely ignore gay customers. Every time I go in there’s the short Mexican and the chubby white dude and they literally pretend or just straight up ignore me when I go in but always call the person behind me. I always have to wait for one of the girls and it’s funny because they probably won’t approve this comment this place is not LGBT friendly and that’s fine not everywhere has to be

I never knew this place out in Phoenix until today! They have a great staff and got me in super quick, the back room is very clean with great music! My budtender was polite and knowledgeable about the product, their house flower is amazing quality and very dense and covered in trichomes! They have amazing medical first time patient deals and i’ll definitely be driving 45 minutes to go there again every week to pick up!

I got a vape that was burnt and didn’t work and then was told it couldn’t be returned cuz it wasn’t fully broken . So I was given the trash back and told they would rather me loose money as a customer then them as a company basically . I threw that away. My name is Ben stone for the company to know who wrote this

Wouldn’t recommend I came in as a first time medical patient, and they refused me service due to my form of ID? They wanted a horizontal ID and I have a vertical and so refused me service. I drove 20 minutes and fought traffic to get refused service at a completely empty dispensary, 0 shoppers. Waste of time.

Very disappointed. After making my purchase one of the packages was short content. I called to advise of the issue once I got home to see the package half filled and weighed to confirm lack of product. I was denied a correction and feel stolen from. I will not be supporting this business any longer.

And Canamo carts sauce that is with all the great deals. Also grabbed a lot of dutchie packs as well. My point is those products are great but the people that serve it are even more outstanding I really appreciate panda, Cyrus, Kevin and a few others. Sorry just forgot some names. Not only are these people concerned about the products they're selling me they are always directing me in the right direction and in my opinion that makes a great employee great person and a great human. I value people who treat me this way. Have a great Christmas and a great New Year can't wait to see what other new deals are going to be around the corner this year. See you guys in a few coming to get my order LOL thanks again
