I like the special of the day. However I almost never go anymore. I had purchased a 35$ cartridge. It was a brand I hadn't used before this day. I was told 24hr return if it leaks. Well 36hrs into it and it's leaking everywhere. Ruined a pair of my jeans. I contacted them, was told I'm sorry past 24hrs??????So I exclusively buy elsewhere. Sucks because I loved this place. Seems like some of the employees hate their jobs.

If your in a pinch I guess its alright shop to stop at but Is nothing special. There quality product is limited and overpriced. They do me loyalty program or decent sales. But my biggest pet peeve is I feel like the employees are always rushing me out and it’s hit or miss if they have a decent knowledge base on the products.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this shop. I walked in while finishing a phone call to confirm what my significant other needed so I could make the right purchase. I think it was the manager on duty(or person in charge), clipboard in hand, immediately yelled at me for being on the phone, using a rude and condescending tone. The interaction was so uncomfortable that I was literally shaking and then felt compelled to apologize to the employee assisting me, even though I had done nothing wrong but I had to leave even though he was friendly. I left without buying anything because I can’t support a business that makes customers feel disrespected and unwelcome. It's a shame, as I had planned to make a purchase, but the unprofessional behavior ruined the experience. I've been shopping here for a few months and have never been overly impressed with their stock or most recommendations. Obviously, most employees just want to make an immediate sale and push the product they need to sell not what the customer wants. I will no longer support them as they don't care about customer retention and without new leadership I won't step foot back in.

pretty small place but everyone is friendly! i wish they had a different online order system, i couldn’t order through the leafly app, had to go through their website on safari. will be returning!
