I walked in recently to grab a preroll. After an ID check I waited. A gurl came out and took me back and asked for my ID AGAIN. I told her I just showed an ID and she apparently thought I was being snotty and kicked me out!! I'm 65 years old and some snotty young gurl kicked me out. With the many dispensaries in my city, I was totally taken aback by the horrible service. I will NEVER go here for any reason, ever again. The WORST customer service ever!

They went from we hold your order for 48 hrs to, Sorry you can't even place that order till your rx opens tomorrow. I say they went from the best kept secret in town. Too we're on our way out. I have never liked that there flower 🌼 is not in a sealed package,what's with that. What a shame. In closing tell facility mgt. No steps your customers are mostly handicapped. Dah

First time in this location. Long time Brandon patient (u guys rock). Absolutely worth every penny. I came in, in bad shape... crying, broken foot, depressed, you name it. I was made to feel so at ease. There was a hiccup with my account not being linked from one GHealthy to the next, but the store manager Phillip S quickly contacted my hometown GH and within 5 minutes the problem was resolved.
