GrowHealthy - Cape Coral

First time customer came in as soon as they opened and met by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Took their time answering my questions and telling me about their products, specials, and discounts. Left with a smile and some absolutely beautiful buds. Will be back. My new go to shop 😘

I loved the all female staff. They are what they sell ... beautiful ladies!!! The manager is amazing very knowledgeable .

With the Omicron variant spreading very quickly and Delta not yet under control not one staff member was wearing a mask!

Great and friendly staff. You can call and talk to someone within a minute (unheard of with most dispensary). Big shout out to Lilly (I hope i didn't get her name wrong) she is always helpful. i strongly recommend you make this your new dispensary. You will not be disappointed.

The Cape Coral location is the ONLY GrowHealthy I will shop from and it’s because of the PHENOMENAL level of care and service! Kacey and Mani are both very educated and informative when it comes to product and the benefits they carry but what really sold me was how easy and enjoyable it was to conversate with everyone, as if the stress/anxiety instantly lifted the moment I walked into the Cape Coral location!!! Plus, let’s talk about their flower... THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!

I showed up knowing exactly what I wanted at 2:30 but the woman was locking the door and apparently in a rush to get something out of her car or leaving while saying they were only doing curbside and online during which time I don't know why I couldn't have placed a curbside order, save for the fact that SHE WAS LOCKING THE DOOR AND LEAVING. At 2:30 in the afternoon. My first visit and also my last. Have to keep driving over to Fort Myers I guess. Shame, I live right down the street!

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Kasandra Jones was my budtender. She made sure all my questions where answered. The product is good quality. I prefer Indica flower. Growhealthy always has stock on hand with a nice variety.

Steven is the best employee a dispensary could ever wish for! Keep him around along time!

Devantae provided great customer service. He was helpful in discussing various strains & products.....Grow Healthy is becoming a favorite local dispensary - they have variety in each type of product. cool staff, killer flower

The product and atmosphere are terrific and generally the people are lovely, specifically Andy Jose..however, their check in process is beyond obnoxious...every time. I don't understand why it takes over a half hour to check in. One of the nice things about Grow Healthy is the hours: in theory you can quickly pop in before work..however.. when you wait for 45 minutes, get major attitude from the manager, and are late for work..not so convenient or pleasant. I'm going to assume the problem is managment. The frazzled manager, most likely promoted to incompetence, snipped at the front desk guy when he asked if they were taking phone orders..NO! ONLY ONLINE !! and then gave me attitude when I came to pick up my online order..YOU'RE TOO EARLY.. Gee I'm sorry..I'll ask my migraine to conveniently wait for you to get it together. I even said " forget the online order..I'll just order now.".nope. Not how they do it. They were previously (incredibly) rude to my autistic husband and I wrote it off, but the blatant, snotty attitude by all should be noted. Take a lesson in customer service and propely staff your dispensary when you are running a sale.
