GrowHealthy - West Palm Beach

On 8/17/19 around 4:00 pm I walked into a welcoming environment. It was very pleasant from the moment I walked in. Michael was my Bud tender and I was very impressed with his knowledge of product and use. The CBD product is thumbs up. I would highly recommend shopping at any GrowHealthy location. I am happy with their service.

Grow Healthy budtenders are always knowledgeable and friendly. They provided quick and clean service.

I frequent most of the Palm Beach County area dispensaries based on whether they have an amazing product and Grow Healthy is definitely the one that I go to most. Their bud, specifically Yellow Brick Road and White 99, is elite. Lately their THC percentages have been off of the chart and are the only dispensary that I found that had eighths that had over 30 pct THC content. (I realize that THC content is not everything and have had amazing bud that was 13 pct but it would have been far better if it was 20 pct). Grow Healthy also has insanely good deals. I love their minis and often find 35 dollar eighths and occasionally 100 dollar half ounces. I’m hopeful that this post will encourage other dispensaries to follow suit with those numbers. Lastly, I think Royce is the manager but he leads a team of positive and knowledgeable staff members who will pick up your day and not be condescending to you like some of the staff at other places.

I rarely write a review about anything yet I find myself writing a second review about this place. I love the people there. They are genuine and clearly happy to be there to help anyone who walks through their door. My husband always accompanies me as I do not drive anymore. I walked in with a smile today and walked out with an even bigger smile. First, because I saved due to their Saturday discount and secondly because we got to see my favorite budtender JD. He really answers all my questions. Gives me suggestions to help and makes me feel like he has all the time in the world to help me figure out what is best for me. My husband and I have spent our drive home singing the praises of my budtender JD at Grow Healthy each time. 99 problems.. what problems? Lol!

I recently received my medical marijuana card and on a recommendation visited this Grow Healthy Dispensary in W. Palm Beach. One visit and found what I had hoped to find ... convenient location, clean facility and Tanner, who introduced me to the varieties of THC products. Tanner was welcoming, friendly and informative. I look forward to my next visit and highly recommend this Grow Healthy location.

Pick-Ups are super easy and the staff here is excellent at helping you figure out what you need. Super friendly people definitely recommend.

Customer service is terrible.

I didn't think GrowHealthy West Palm Beach could get any better BUT they absolutely DID!. This location continuously far surpasses my highest expectations in their knowlege and professionalism. There is no location or company (trust me) that can touch their level of compassion and customer service.This past Friday, November 13th I was in such great pain I could barely hold it together. In fact, I called ahead with tears streaming, for my pick up and spoke with Gabby (forgive me if I misspelled your name). Her patience and kindness poured through the phone. She gladly shared what was availble and helped me navigate based on my needs. She was so incredible and genuinely wanted to ensure I was well cared for. I believe she relayed my pain level after our conversation ended to Andrew. Now let me say this, Andrew is AMAZING and one of my many favorite faces in the dispensary. His knowledge and ability to listen to your needs is sheer genius. Surely Mike and JD are super proud of him. Guys, he is GREAT!! Well, after Gabby explained my situation, Andrew called me back and explained that there was no need for me to leave my car. He said to pull up and they would come out to me, which he did himself. Andrew, you will never understand how much that act of kindness and your precious heart blessed me. Trust me, it is an honor to know you guys. This Veteran gives all the team at West Palm Beach GrowHealthy a salute! You guys are what this industry should look like! ❤

Love their flower. Like everywhere else the prices need to come down but at least they have littles.

Their customer service is the best in the WPB area in my opinion.

Have picked up twice from this location so far, great quality flower, cool people, and easy/fast pickup process! Have enjoyed many strains of flower and some concentrates, my needs have been satisfied! Thanks GrowHealthy

Growhealthy exceeds what you would expect to get from a dispensary. To start the atmosphere is top notch with interactive touch screens to find strains while you are waiting to be helped. The west palm beach location is always a pleasure to go in not only because the building is awesome but the people working there. Each time I have visited they have been more than helpful and considerate of my condition when recommending me different treatment methods. Thank you Michael and Jorge for your expertise you have helped make my life better.
