First time to this location. Great discount and the staff were attentive and friendly. On the down side, I purchased 2 orders of troches. 1 pack had 11 count and the other 9. These packages are supposed to have 10 each. had I only bought the 10 pack with only 9 I would've been much more disappointed. I can only what other errors are being made and perhaps over looked by staff and patients..
These guys and gals I feel have done a tremendous job with all the craziness we have been going through. While there was a longer then normal wait after placing an online order I equate it to calling in your prescription to a pharmacy and having worked in pharmacy for 25+ years a few hour wait is still outstanding. Thank you to everyone at Greenlight for all that you are doing for us during this time.
Great service as always!! I placed an order less than an hour before closing and arrived literally 3 minutes before they closed. I was still met with the same great amazing friendly service! I do not shop at any other dispensary!
There's several dispensaries around me - between my job enroute to my house - and I still prefer Greenlight over anyone else. Their rewards program and the deals they run alone are probably the best I've seen in the area, but the customer service is what really does it for me. Everybody I've ever dealt with in there is on their shit - they're super bubbly and personable .. they'll take as much time with you as you need. They stay with the staples that I really like and then get a wildcard that ends up being fire at least once a week. Greenlight has been good to me every time I've gone in for the last couple of years - from the receptionists up front to making sure my orders are always right.
