I have been coming here since 5/22 - the staff has been wonderful. Haven't found any other dispensary that gives you points that help out with placing your order. The only issue I have is getting out of the parking lot due to heavy traffic but I have gone to another dispensary that had no issue getting in and coming out of parking lot but it is not as nice inside as Greenlight and their senior citizen percentage is lower than Greenlight. For me I will be staying with Greenlight.
I’m in out the door with ease. Good vibes always. I’ve been going to GreenLight for 2 years+. If you haven’t checked them out; their point system is a bless factory. I received 150$ in free weed when I saved for GolD. Big Love to the Team
Cripe. This is the closest dispensary that is convenient for me. I did shop at Greenlight but not on regular basis. The experience I had today was similar than the one I had 5 years ago.
Sorry that systems are not up to speed.

All of the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about items. I keep coming back here because of their wide variety of edibles and tinctures that are hard to find elsewhere. Their rewards program means I have a % off almost every visit. Would definitely recommend this place!
This has been “my place” since it opened. Always friendly and professional (followed the managers from a different dispensary and stayed when they left). I was completely shocked today, then, when the 3rd person I spoke to from curbside (about just getting 2batteries) was rude and hung up on me! What? Yep! I had been on the road 22 of the last 36 hours and my battery had stopped working. I just wanted a battery and to go home. Was I frustrated? Yes! And when I tried to explain I just wanted a battery and had said on the FIRST call I was already at curbside! She said the first person probably couldn’t understand me because I sounded frantic. I apologized, I didn’t want to sound frantic. And then she said “To be Frank with you…” I tuned it out! I had just been through one of the worst weekends of my life! WTF!?
But you know what, I had a bad weekend but evidently so did she! Yes, she hung up on me, but did I deserve it? Yeah, probably! Will I go back, yes.
Part of me is pissed about NOT getting a battery, but the rest of me (most of me) was pissed at me for getting mad instead of being empathetic! 🥺.
But…aren’t I the customer???
I’m going to be honest, I don’t think ive ever written a review. For anything let alone cannabis. But after my experience today I feel obligated. I don’t frequent green light but I stopped by today because they had a better deal on medical flower. I walked in and waited in the waiting room for maybe 2 minutes and got called back and helped immediately, my budtender was named Sean I believe and he was the most delightful person I’ve had the pleasure of meeting recently. He was so warm and knowledgeable. He represented the brand beyond how you would expect and hope. Just wanted to commend you guys on customer service and let you know you got yourself a new customer.
